I would not hesitate in recommending Flores Installations, Inc. The craftmanship performed on my fascia and gutter replacement was very impressive. The work was executed in the exact time that was estimated. The craftsman were very professional and neat. The price was very reasonable. My house is now the jewel of the block.

I would highly recommend Flores to anyone who needed outdoor work done on their house. They were very good at explaining everything that we needed and completed the job very promptly and cleaned up after they were done.

Cleto Flores was very helpful. He showed me the vinyl replacement windows he could provide but since my wooden double-hung windows are still in excellent condition he showed me aluminum combination storms and screens also. No one else that I contacted gave me this information. We discussed the fact that the vinyl replacement is probably more efficient but the combination storms are adequate for my situation at a SIGNIFICANT FRACTION OF THE COST! His crew arrived when they said they would and completed the installation and cleanup in a timely fashion

Did a good job,cleaned up after each day of work. Had have them go back and do a part of the job they forgot when installing siding on house. I think they charge a bit to much for something that should have been in the estimate of the job when he first came out. still waiting for the lien waiver and written guarantee, siding.

They showed up to quote on time. They did the work when they promised, and on quote. No problems. They followed up as well to make sure that I was satisfied. The job was done neatly and conscientiously.

Junior was always very clear in his communication during the contract creation. The price of installation was half of some of the larger companies. The windows being replaced were in a second floor condo. He and his workers did an excellent job of coming out first thing in the morning. They set up a safe environment for the project. Junior and his workers help up their end of the contract. In fact the area near the windows was cleaner after the replacement than before. I would highly recommend Flores windows for a few reasons. They are honest, live up to their promises, and do quality work. To me they are an overall excellent value.

They came out and measured my windows and showed up at the time they said they'd be there, their pricing was very good and they had all 27 storm windows & screens out and installed in less then 2 days. I will hire them again for another job that I need to have done.

Jr seemed very knowledgeable and knew right away what was wrong. He finished the job in a day and left the area with no trace that work was just done. Good communication, and price. I would definitely work with again.
