Mike oriented me to the lifecycle of the insects bothering our condo. He spent over an hour assessing the yard that came in contact with the outside walls and removed webs and mud clusters. Will have him return in 3 months for maintenance treatment.

Mike was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very kind and explained everything that he was going to do. He took his time and was very detailed when spraying the inside and outside of the house. Amazing customer service all around.

Mike was the technician that came to do the work. He was extremely polite & knowledgeable. Called me the day of the appt to let me know exactly when he would be to the house. This company was the 1st to contact me thru Home Advisor & after talking w/Mike about the issues that concerned me, I decided to give him the job. I’ve had some further concerns that were addressed immediately. The customer service is excellent & I would highly recommend FL Bug & Rodent Control.

I hired them to eliminate palm rats in my trailer. Michael did not look for holes where they could enter or bring material to fill holes. He did use my steel wool to fill the one hole I had found. He would not plug the holes around my air conditioner unit because of "insurance". He also said it was "impossible" to seal holes in mobile homes. I had to hire another contractor to perform this service. He did put six traps inside the house and three bait boxes outside. I specifically asked if the baits were second-generation anti-coagulants, which are very dangerous to wildlife and I did not want. He assured me they were not. I subsequently checked on-line and that was exactly what he installed. I called him about this, and he again denied it. I then asked him to please come and remove them, which he did not do for two weeks. Either Michael does not understand what he is using or he is not honest with his customers.
