I have hired them, however the kitchen is being measured this morning, I will update this review when the work is completed. Gary was a pleasure to work with, I do not anticipate problems, based on service so far.

This is an update to my last review. The owner of the company has been in constant contact with us. We now know that they were completely honest about the reason for the delay. This company is 1000% customer service oriented and Bret is bending over backwards to rectify the situation. We're very happy that we chose them and look forward to the completion of the project. Needed a cabinet door reface repair. Was able to take care of it at a minimal cost. Owner was personable and happy to meet my needs.

Installation was scheduled for 4/20/16. They called and wanted to install much earlier but we wanted the countertops done first. On 4/19 they called and said that not all materials were in and rescheduled for 5/11. Our home is a total mess because we had to empty out all the cabinets. We have guests coming to stay on 5/14. Job won't be finished until 5/13 so our home will still be a mess. I'm upset and my husband is furious. He doesn't believe their story is the truth.

Everyone came on time as promised. High quality materials. The installation was meticulous. Best experience with contractors I've EVER had.

Have also hired this company for cabinet refacing. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, customer service, quality of service and value.

Salesman and installer were there on same day and we picked what we wanted. We wanted to resurface. In less than three weeks the material was in made an appointment and in 2 1/2 days the job was done. Excellent work, clean, fast, efficent.. Best value I beleive. One company wanted almost twice as much and I had to paint what they did not cover. Not this company, everything visible was covered and when they put the crown moulding on it really made it. Wife was very happy, neighbors could not believe the transformation and speed in which job was done. Would recommend this company to anyone and I have. They should be getting a call in a few weeks.
