Complete Home Inspection
Ben Martin was thorough with his inspection and walked me through every issue observed. He did not shy away from letting me, the buyer, know the areas that needed fixing which really was appreciated because he worked for me not the seller. Ben was very detailed and took plenty of time to inspect the entire home (about 4 hrs) including walking the roof. The report was very detailed and recommendations to fix items were appreciated. Our last name was spelled wrong on the report but they fixed and resent report which was no big deal but needed to get the discounts for the insurance.
