If he is assigned to your insurance claim, run. They have not submitted the required documents for the insurance company. Has taken over 7 weeks to conduct the repair and it is still not done. If they do not want to work for a home warranty do not take the contracts. Does not respond to texts or phone calls. Not professional at all.

They were fast and professional however my complain is about all the popcorn from around the vent that was all over every room some of the were not cover with plastic

Kyle did a great job cleaning our dryer exhaust duct and vent. He did a very thorough job and did not leave a mess. Kyle was friendly. He shared information openly and answered my questions without hesitation. Overall, I rate this experience with 5 stars because Kyle was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and capable.

After being on the phone for a hour with google nest and they was no help. Kept telling me my fan motor was shot. They passed me to there service team and kept trying to get me to schedule a service call for the 9th. I had used home advisor prior and decided to give it another try. They sent me 3 different companies, I tried the first one and got the leave a message and will call you back. Then I called and Kile answered and I explained my problem. He was about a hour away and said he could meet me around 2pm. It took him about 15/ 20 minutes to figure out what the problem was and fixed it . He also took the time to give the whole system a check over just to be sure everything else was working correctly. He was prompt and friendly and I’ll be using him again and recommending him to others that need A/C repairs
