Mr. Romao (the Co-Owner) responded to my inquiry quickly. He was very knowledgeable, and kind. I was nervous about replacing my driveway, but Concrete Solutions did a fantastic job. They were very courteous, came on time and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommended them.

Everything went off without a problem

In Jan 2021, we contracted Florida Concrete to grind and level our dining room floor (using self leveling compound). Florida concrete took the entire payment for the job and performed a shoddy job, tried multiple attempts over 6 weeks to fix the situation and were unable to level the floor. We had to take on another contractor to fix the situation. Florida Concrete agreed on the 21st of Feb to reimburse us for the cost of doing so. However, for months Florida Concrete has been stalling the repayment of the same giving us new dates each time. We even asked BBB assistance to help enforce this agreement, and he was unresponsive to them. We are now going to take him to court.

Contractor kept to schedule. Job was completed on time and the quality was excellent. Answered all of my questions during the process. One sprinkler head was broken, but was repaired before the job was complete. Definitely would recommend this company for their amount of skill and years of experience.

Contractor was very timely in starting and finishing the job, in fact he delivered an additional 5% of concrete above the contract specs. for no additional cost.

Contractor showed up on time, provided satisfactory estimate and was hired on the spot. Job was completed as promised and on time with excellent quality. Would hire again if necessary.

We had a crack in our walkway that posed a tripping hazard. Other contractors wanted remove and replace the damaged area at a very hefty price. Wayne came out, ground down the area and leveled it with new concrete. The work was performed at the appointed time and at a very fair price.

We purchased a driveway to get poured and finished June 18th of 2018 from Wayne Layton that owns Florida concrete off of Bennett Drive in Longwood a Shabby job concrete not right cheap over price then he asks for more money we have been dealing with this for a while trying to get ahold of him he never calls never does anything to repair so watch out I would not even give him one star. I have pictures of the bad craftsmanship of work.

Work was started and completed on time for a fair price. Mr Layton was detailed in his estimate and spent time to answer questions and address our concerns.

Removed old concrete and poured new driveway 50 ft. long. excellent job,on time and very fair price. I would recommend Mr.Layton to every one. Thank You.

Quality of work was the worst! The concrete re-finish work cracked everywhere. He never finished the work, and refuses to come back, or return our calls. BBB rates him an F. Beware! Beware! Beware!

I had them come grind down an uneven spot on our driveway. They took their time and went over what needed to be done. The job was done very thoroughly and they were easy to work with.

The work was done on a timely manner. They cleaned up, which is nice. I would have no problem telling a friend or family member to use them.

Florida Concrete was very professional and the crew was excellent. We ran into a couple of glitches neither of which was foreseen. I solved these and Florida Concrete worked with the pace of my repairs. The patio extension turned out great as did the smaller pad for my tool shed. Wayne and his crew were easy to work with. I could not be happier with the outcome.
