Sales rep was great… no pressure and answered all concerns/questions. Install team came the same day and installed an 80 gallon/hybrid tank to replace an old solar one. Our home required an 80 gallon unit. The crew was fairly quick and efficient. No issues with them at all. The inspector came the next day to check over the install and answered the questions I had. It was great to have a company inspector look over the install to make sure it was done properly. Very pleased with the whole process…We would use this company again without hesitation.

The technician Jolene was very knowledgeable about the water system. She installed new filers. She also explained how my system works. She provided a hands on quick training. She cleaned the area she worked on and did a great job. Very professional and efficient.

0 stars if I could. Water heater broke 12/14. Sales rep signed contract 12/16 with install ?rush? 12/17. Appointment cancelled 1 hour after arrival window. Rescheduled for 12/18. Installer says hard to install, tried to reach sales rep, but couldn?t. Decided to have installed opposite side of house. Heater hung on 12/18. 12/20 and 12/21 installer ?completes?. However, we no longer have water (hot or cold) to half of the house, including kitchen. Installler says it is late and he will call boss to fix. After not be able to contact installation services, the Quality Assurance guy shows up on 12/23. No sure what happened or why not calling me back, but would prompt the right people. Called Lowe?s, who got me scheduled for 12/26 to fix. Was told Master Plumber was needed and couldn?t be scheduled until 1/3. This is unacceptable. I have no water at all in kitchen and they can prioritize me for their installer?s mistake. Find somewhere to eat Christmas Day!

I had my yearly service done on my water treatment system. The technician Jolene was very knowledgeable about the system. When she arrived she got right to work, inspecting and reading the settings to make sure everything was running properly. She replaced some o rings and some other part. Very professional and pleased with the work that was done.

This was a purchase from Lowe’s and the experience was great. The installer Tony Spinny was on time did a a great installation went over everything with me. There was nothing that didn’t exceed my high expectations of the install and overview afterwards. Every thing went like clockwork. I would defiantly hire them and especially Tony for any future work. Definitely 5 stars.
