GREAT PEOPLE & FAIR PRICE. Danielle called first about 8am. Told her the issue and scheduled the same morning. About 15 min's before she called and told me Dominick was on his way and that the total for the call would be $75.00. Dominick arrived just 10 min' s later. Went right to work and within 15 min's located the problem. He also took time to fix a latch on a sliding glass door which was on the same zone. Came back in with a vacuum and cleaned the area where he had worked. These people are GREAT just like I said before. My Current Alarm Company wanted $130.00 before coming to fix this issue and wanted me to wait at least 4 days and they have been my alarm company for 23 years. When my current service contract is over YOU KNOW WHO I WILL BE CALLING Danielle at Florida Fire & Security Systems.

We didn't notice til after tech left the TV is not in center of wall. But no problem we were able to loosen bolt and move it to right side about an inch

Amazing!! We had an emergency problem where water was dripping from one of our smoke alarms and setting off the fire alarm portion of our security system which we could not turn off. I no sooner contacted homeadvisor than I got a call from Danielle. She told me Dom would be there in 1/2 an hour and sure enough he was there after 30 minutes! Took one look and knew exactly what to do! We will use this security company from now on!! Thank you, Danielle and Dom!!
