Jonah & Barak with Alpha Foundations completed an encapsulation on my mobile home. They were professional, polite and Tidy. Jonah was great at explaining what needed to be done and followed up with many completed pictures. Great Job

They Took my money but now will not return my calls to give me a refund never call back they just ghosted me. Stay away from them.

The crew was efficient, professional, and committed to completing the job in a professional manner. I was kept well informed that every stage they allowed me to observe and answered all my questions and the job cleanup was completed. Never knew they were even been here. Ashton explained perfectly what needed to be done so I could understand and it made sense. I wasted 2 years with other companies and paying engineers for plans that are unfeasible. I should have done my research and go directly to them! They are the pros!

We worked with Steven Crabbs, the Foreman for the helical anchors and Jordan Holland! The foreman for the poly portion. Chris Zoccolillo was instrumental in setting up and working with helical anchors. Antoine Almaalouf did an amazing job keeping everyone on track and jumping to make things happen. Steven was incredibly respectful of our property as he drove the piece of equipment to where the park needed to be done. He means everything look so easy. But I am certain that is related to his high level of skill. The entire crew was so patient and answered all my questions with great respect and honesty. I learned so much about this fascinating process. I would highly recommend them all to work on your project! Excellent communicators. A+++++

A Strong warning to anyone wanting to use Alpha foundations to raise their slab with foam. My experience was terrible. They took my money and didn’t even fix the issue. Extremely bad communication and didn’t complete the job as quoted. My pool slab around the perimeter was not level and so I called Alpha foundations to come and correct this. They promised me they could inject the foam and raise the slab back up and then it would be stabilized and level for years to come. All this sounded like the perfect solution so I signed a contract and a few weeks later they were scheduled to get started. On the day the guy arrived to lift the slab he tells me he can’t do it because we have marble pavers on the deck and they don’t remove them to access the slab underneath. This would have been wonderful to know in advance and also so I could understand the additional cost associated. So now I had to find a paver company that would come to remove the tiles and then replace them. This costing quite a bit more in addition to the cost of the foam. They finally come back to do the foam. The truck breaks the first time and needs to come back a second time. I get the pavers replaced and we look into having a pool enclosure added. The companies for this inform me that the edges of the pool deck are still significantly sloped and concave in areas and that the enclosure will have gaps at the bottom as a result. So I call Alpha foundations back out to ask if they can correct this and get the deck level. Their response is that I need to pay the paver company to come back out and remove the tiles and replace again and repeat this process of foam. So once again I would have to pay thousands to correct their mistake. I would never have paid to do the foam in the first place if I knew nothing was going to be corrected and still have issues. I would have been much better off just either having the slab edges redone or having a paver company fill and level the areas. Total waste of thousands of dollars. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this company.

We just had our foundation system installed and would like to complement Felipe, Malik and David with the Apopka office for their professionalism and courteous service. They were able to actually jack up the back of our house evenly, enough so all the closet doors open and close easily again! We also highly recommend Efrain Borrero, the sales person who gave us all the original information. He inspected our house and made some great suggestions, the quote was very fair. Great job!

The problem I had with this company is that the salesperson and the actual person that does the work are not in sink Could not do one of the main things I wanted done. Had them replace with other work but now I have to have sidewalk demoed. A double expense for me. Wish the salesman knew what he was doing and I would have just done that from the start. Did like the Garrett that did the work for me. I could tell he was trying to make up for the sidewalk.

We were VERY impressed with Zeke who performed the initial inspection of our crawlspace. While we knew he was in our home to sell our services, he actually spoke to us with such respect and took so much time to explain the science behind encapsulation to protect our wooden structure that we felt totally comfortable (and unpressured) deciding to proceed with Alpha Foundation's services. The crew of four young men arrived early and worked diligently until the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. Cameron, the team leader, was courteous and thoughtful, and he and his co-workers - two Davids and Jonah - were so appreciative that I fixed them sandwiches, etc., for lunch that it was the highlight of my week. You could tell they were genuinely nice young men, and isn't that something you look for when you have people working on your home? When the job was complete, Cameron proudly showed us photos of the work they did and how nice and clean everything looked in the crawlspace.' We would highly recommend this company to any of our neighbors here in the Orlando area. Our goal is to have a nice retirement home to pass along (eventually!) so we are very reassured that we are protecting our frame and floor joists as well as preventing a mold problem.

Done a great job - quite pricey though

They knew what they were doing for sure , had many cracks and broken concrete that had dropped and had a big area that was a void, by the time they were done the pieces were together and they filled in all the cracks and sealed them. The only thing now is it looks like puzzle pieces. So now I need to resurface or texture .it was awesome to see

It took quit awhile to get permit and then when permit was approved I had to call and follow up for them to pay for the permit so job could be completed timely

Ezekiel provided a detailed plan/quote and was very responsive to questions I had before scheduling the project. Rosalio completed the project in a timely manner and provided us with a detailed description of the work, complete with pictures! Both gentlemen are a credit to your company!

We had Alpha Foundations install pier foundation supports. From sales, communications and installation Bill, Abbey, Josh, Chris, and Cameron everyone was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. We highly recommend this company.

Josh and Jordan were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained all parts of the job they were doing. All of my expectations were met. Super company to work with, what I was told would be done was done. Could not ask for more!

The men who came to my house were very professional and knowledgeable . Also extremely courteous. Answered every question. Took special care that I was happy with the job including clean up.
