Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
My experience with Florida gutter pros was nothing but exceptional. It was extremely businesslike at the same time with a friendly touch. They did everything they said they would do and more not only were they reasonable but they were very professional. I’m a general contractor in the state of Florida and I have used Florida gutter pro several times and they have never failed me. Everyone of their jobs that they did were always on time even if they had to work the weekends to meet the schedule. I don’t even look for other gutter companies because not only do they do professional work but they clean up after themselves and always leave the customer happy. In closing If you’re looking for new gutters they’re the best in town and I would recommend them first hands-down.

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
They were responsive, courteous, and did excellent work. I originally talked to them about gutters and roof repair, and ended up using them just for the roof repair, and they were fantastic. Would definitely hire them again.

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
I hired Hippo Roofing to replace my existing gutters with the new ones on Dec13, 2019. we signed a contract and I gave them a deposit of 50% the project cost. After numerous delays and failures to return my calls, over a month later, they told me they underestimated a price and they need more money. I rejected the offer and fired them not so much because the increase, but because they are unreliable, not trustworthy and disrespectful to a customer.

Didn't climb up on the roof to check the quality of work but a picture of the carport roof was good enough.

Seamless Metal Gutters Installation
They gave us an estimate and promised their price would not go up so we gave them a down payment. They called the next and tried to raise the price. We canceled and we are getting our money back. We do not do business this way.
Response from Florida Gutter Pros, LLC
"Maria, we are sorry this happened to you. Tim your salesperson recognized that he made a calculation mistake & communicated to you that he made the mistake. Your deposit refund is being processed, there are procedures in place to process refunds. We are more than happy to refund you!"
