Job: I had a water leak on a set of French Doors on the second level of the house. There was some rot in the sub-floor which could be seen from the first floor via the removable ceiling tiles. Job was to remove the door, door jamb and a section of laminate flooring (and associated trim) to replace a section of sub-floor, replace door threshold (door seal), and replace rotted section of lower door jamb, then re-install. Initial quote was for a Saturday which drew an additional $200 fee for weekend work, which I found acceptable. Timeline of events 10 August â review and quote job 21 August â scheduled work â had to re-schedule due to COVID â asked to do work around Labor Day 10 Sep â Josh came out to re-review the job â grew to 2 days 16-17 Sep â Scheduled work â canceled for Tropical Storm impacts/heavy rain 23-24 Sep â scheduled work. NO SHOW 23 Sep 24 Sep â (show 4 hours late) Different folks showed up â no who Josh said would do work. 24 Sep â contacted Josh and requested he come out immediately to look at poor work 27 Sep â 1 Oct â a couple of visits from sub to re-evaluate the work done, and what was needed to fix 2 Sep â Workers show late (1.5 hours) â again no work done, another list of what is needed to fix the door and floor, workers left. 2 Sep â requested tarp to waterproof opening at back of house 4 Sep â NO SHOW to tarp door â did not reach Josh until late in the afternoon 4-6 Sep â discussions with Josh on path forward â requested TARP for back door â TAPR never applied to opening in house â highlighted work impacts and I want the the job done correctly 7 Oct â Workers show late (Josh +1) (2.5 hours) â no work done, another list taken for what is needed to complete work â some disassembly done â left with un-finished exterior opening and gaps around door 12 Oct â (Late Show 1.5-2 Hours) Josh +1 show to do work, job incomplete â cannot find appropriate flooring to repair damage by previous installation. Left with large gaps to outside around door and at floor â not air or watertight. 13 Oct â (Late Show 2-3 hours) still deciding on what is needed to complete job and to actually commit to doing the work. 18 Oct â (late show 4.0 hours) â work started still looking for flooring to replace damaged area. 19 Oct â (NO SHOW) â 20 Oct â Door work complete, minus trim and flooring. Flooring still being worked. 21 Oct â Work complete â JOSH NO SHOW â 23 Oct â requested a final bill to close out job â was told it would show up on Monday 25 Sep 26 Oct â received a bill, contacted Josh, and left message to call me to discuss the bill â No response 29 Oct â contacted through Angi app messaging â received a response stating he was sick again and did not have the phone. No call or attempt to discuss the issues provided. This process took more than a month after the first actual work was accomplished. The initial work was completely unacceptable and caused damage to the house. In the end I still have damaged laminate flooring, no spare flooring as it was all used to correct the largest issues. Josh has not attempted to call me back or address the issues I have bought to his attention regard ting the remainder of the bill for this job. Overall I am out nearly two weeks of time waiting on Razzle Dazzle to actually show up and do anything productive. I understand that manpower and impacts due to quarantining or using an additional level of caution if someone is not feeling well certainly has impacts, but the bottom line is the owner of this company does not do what he says and does not follow up. Yes, in the end, I have the rot fixed, and the doors are again installed correctly, but I have additional work to do and more repairs as a result of allowing him into my house to do work. This is completely unacceptable.

Showed up on time, Gave estimate for job. Completed work as scheduled.

They understood the goals and brought their professional experience to the job. The result is excellent.

Will and Jacob did a awesome job on my home projects, would recommend Razzle Dazzle in the future. Definitely use them again.

Josh was prompt. Showed up when he said he would. He even had his guy "Will" come out on Saturday to do the job. Very courteous and friendly.

Josh and his crew are wonderful. Hired them to do some light work for me. At last minute my painters canceled on me. I was in a panic. Asked Josh if they could do the painting to. They completed the painting, hung light fixtures, installed a sink, faucets and crown molding. Did a wonderful job. Will is so pleasant to be around, who did most of the work. Josh made sure everything was complete. Completed all the work in a week.

Josh was very timely in reaching out to me. He was working on our rental property and was able to send me picture updates throughout the process. Got the job done within a week and renters are happy! Very satisfied!
