Although the completed project was (satisfactory?), there were a couple of areas that if I were physically able to do the project myself I would have done differently. Such as, there was a section of molding approximately 14"long X approximately 1/2" or more deep that split out that was filled with chalking rather than replacing the molding. Also nail holes were filled with chalking rather than wood filler.
