They arrived on time. The three men were fast and friendly and very efficient. The whole project took only a couple of hours and they cleaned up everything as they worked. They even vacuumed the areas that they worked in. I was very impressed and will call this company again.

They did a great job replacing all my windows and did it in one day. Windows look great and I am pleased with the company.

Very excellent team of installers. Answered all question and really worked hard. Only suggestion, I would wait until it is cooler in the fall. It was a scorcher and we all suffered, but they never quit working until everything was perfect. . .

THE PRESENTATION VERY HELPFULL AND INFORMATIVE. THE WINDOWS WERE TOP QUALITY. THE TECHNICIANS WERE COURTEOUS, HARD WORKING AND EXTREMELY KNOWLODGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT. THEY FINISHED BEFORE THE TIME ALLOTED. I AM VERY PLEASED ABOUT THE WORK AND WINDOWS.

The county inspector came to me and said the work was very good and the best windows.

A bit of a slow start on day 1 turned out to be a terrific experience by the time the project was completed in 3 DAYS!!!! Complete Kitchen reface and new counters in granite with and A+ grade

All staff I encountered were professional, knowledgable and freindly, They showed up when scheduled and did what they dais they were going to do. I will have them back for more work in the future.

Quick and a great job

Professional installation crew. Cleaned up after work. Quality windows even though a couple were delivered ? damaged. waiting on replacement parts and installation of said.

I cancelled the contract: working time was said to be one day, in contract they wrote up to 2 days after beginning, which means could last up to 3 days. work should have been start latest after 3 weeks, in contract they wrote after 90 days. material and execution was not precisely defined in contract , only in word. I was talked in to sign immediately (what I did) by offering major discount, which otherwise was not granted.

The job was completed in half the time they said it would take. the fellows who did the job were very effecient. The set up and cleaned up when they were done. The took the old windows to dispose of them for us. Great job would recommend to anyone.

All was great except installation was not until later than promised- because of govt rebates

We started the process and just got out windows installed.Everything was seamless and smooth.The installers were efficient and clean.I love my new windows.

would have been 5 stars if they hadn't had to replace a window right of the bat, other than that they did a good job. Don't know how clean they are since I was doing construction on other parts of the house and told them not to worry about making a mess and scratching the walls.

Project still to be completed.... * sales call was most professional of the 4 in terms of discussion options and education (although he was also the last of the 4 so we were more up to speed by this time too and had a clearer idea of what we wanted....) * they had the widest range of products on offer and was one of the best listeners of the group * they are part of BJs and the "corporate" option versus family run businesses * we expected the highest quote from these guys - which came true, but at least in our case room to negotiate

Serious people, project on time, everything was Ok.

Extremely professional. Took time to go over everything... And brought sample windows. Everything is customized to fit.. And we liked that idea. They came out to measure and 1 week later were ready to set us up for a date.! Very courteous and professional

They did a very professional job and showed great concern to all my questions. We got 2 A/C's installed Carrier Infinity models 3 and 4 tons with 17 seers.

The project was done in a clean and fast manner. Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the project on time. They accommodate our schedule for the intial visit and installation. Final project turned out great!

from the presentation thru installation Florida home improvement associates is the best contractor experience I have ever been associated with. Their ENERGY STORMSAVER premium brand of Vinyl insulated hurricane impact windows are far superior to the PGT aluminum windows I got in my previous home. The knowledgeable saleman and professional skilled crew set FHA so far above their competition that it seems unfair to their competitors. I would recommend FHA to anyone who asks!

They did a good job, were punctual and cleaned up after the installation. They were very honest and informed us that a window sill cracked while they were removing the old window. They came back and replaced the sill.
