I had to wait a few days to get access to the property to schedule the inspection, but Seth stayed in touch. I got the go ahead on Thursday and suggested we try for the following Monday, but he suggested doing it Saturday, which really pleasantly surprised me. When I arrived, he had already started the inspection, but he walked me through what he had done and explained not just what he was showing me, but also what it meant to me in terms of repair. He also took the time to do the same with my son when he arrived. He seemed to really care that I was well informed and knew what would be involved if I purchased the property. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection, and will certainly use him again if I need another.
