Spoke with Jeff on the phone on a sunday, he was able to diagnose the issue with a few questions that I answered. Jeff sent out one of his Technicians, named Chris and when Chris found out the issue after trying a few new parts, to realize that everything was working fine, he noticed that the wire was not getting a proper connection, he spliced it and re-connected it, and all in all, he fixed my A/C. They only charged me $54.00 for the housecall- very professional, friendly and courteous. I would recommend these guys every single time, hopefully I will never have to use them again, but if the need arises I will not use anyone else.

Jeff seems to know his business, owns the business and is very frank and truthful. He made the service call, topped off the Freon in an older unit, discussed replacement options and his bill was very reasonable. I would consider him strongly when the system needs replacing.
