WoW! I just cannot say enough about this company! First time using a moving company. Have lot of heavy and very expensive pieces of furniture. Not one thing damaged. The courtesy displayed by every guys was refreshing. Moving is stressful and all the guys did everything to make this move smooth. Can't thank them all enough. Seriously! This company is the one to go with. Thanks for moving us!

Sergey and Paul did an amazing job moving my things! They were very careful not to damage anything and went above and beyond to make my move a smooth one. I would absolutely recommend them! You won't be disappointed!

I hired the their packers to pack the material I was moving. They arrived and told me that the move would be over 2,000 dollars more than the estimate. I had to remind them several times what to pack what not to pack. When I unpacked the boxes were more than 1/2 full of paper. Two items were broken and it was obvious that at least one was broken when it was packed with no mention to me at the time. My step latter was missing. Others things may be missing but I have not unpacked all the boxes yet. My Leather sofa received two gashes in the side which I doubt can be repaired. The gentlemen delivering the furniture were in a great hurry and did not put the marked boxes in the correct rooms. The office staff was remarkable. They worked smoothly and were very courteous however I called to ask why the estimate was over two thousand more than I expected when I did not add any items which were not noted to the moving company before the move. I would still recommend this company because I suspect that are all the same. I contacted two other moving companies and their estimates were similar: I choose the middle estimate.

Great moving experience! Everyone was very friendly, and handled all my property with great care. Packing was meticulous, and everything arrived at my new destination safely. Any special requests were happily accommodated. The pricing was fair and inclusive.

Great and stress free move. I initially had a bit of an issue but it was addressed and taken care of by the GM. My movers were friendly... Alex was great. he let me know ahead of time what to expect. They were very careful of my possessions and had to unassemble some heavy furniture and did it very well.

Exceptional movers! Very thorough and careful with packing moving process. They were on time and worked all day only asking for a 10 minute break! Definitely recommend these guys!

I usually don't write reviews. I was recommended this moving company by a co-worker. The initial process of signing up was a bit off due to issues with the website on my phone but Mike gave me a call right away and help me set up a time and date. They texted me a day before to confirm the move and showed up within the time slot we were given. The movers were efficient and fast. None of my furniture was broken. Everything was protected and I thoroughly enjoyed their service. It was 99 degrees out and no complaints from any of them. They kept their masks on and only asked for a couple bottles of water. All in all I was pleasantly surprised and would use them again

BEWARE. ALWAYS TAKE A PICTURE OF THE ENVELOPE (it was white for me) that contains inventory sheets and has your final instructions documented. Do not trust Customer Service/Dispatch Coordination for long-distance moves. I have waited 6 weeks to write this review so that it was not in the heat of the moment. I was pleased with the initial contact with individuals in the initial process of getting to the quote. I would however request that you have someone come out personally and assess your stuff and location before the estimate. For me, it was phrased we can if you want, but it is not necessary. Then when the movers showed up, they seemed totally unprepared for many aspects of the move even though I had explained as thoroughly as I could about the building, furniture, etc. Two men showed up to move me when it clearly should have been 3 because of the long distance to the elevator in my building and then the long distance to the loading dock. The men that did the moving and packing were excellent. At the end of a very long day, my inventory papers were brought to me and carefully explained and put into a large white envelope which was to stay with my furniture until it was delivered to the final destination - a storage unit 700 miles away. I was originally told by the Customer Service Coordinator (and I use that term loosely) that it could take 7-10 days for it to reach the destination which was perfect because that was how long it was going to take me to reach the destination. I had secured the storage space and my son was at the destination if it happened that the furniture arrived before I did. As I was going through the final paperwork I had to put down the earliest date I wanted the furniture to arrive and sign it. Based on the recommendation of the man I had worked with all day (who was concerned that many things could go wrong if I was not there when the furniture arrived) I put the earliest date of delivery as the day after I was to arrive and signed it. I also signed that I was responsible for the remaining balance after I gave the gentleman a check for one half of the total cost. He assured me that this white envelope was the way that communication would occur with dispatch. I should have taken a picture of the white envelope with my instructions and signatures. Four days later and 5 days ahead of my earliest date of delivery, I got a phone call from my Customer Care Coordinator telling me that my furniture was TWO hours from being delivered at the destination. She said she was sorry that they had not called the day before as is their protocol. I was 500 miles away. They expected a check or money order which of course there was no way of getting to them in 2 hours. I carefully explained to the Customer Service Coordinator that I had signed the envelope requesting delivery no earlier than 5 days from now and while I could have my son open up the storage unit, the only way I could pay given the circumstances was by credit card. This was refused by 3 different levels of the company (I was told all the way to the President which I doubt). My son did not even have checks. If not for the terrible position it would have been for the men doing the delivery, I would have absolutely refused delivery. However, this was not their fault and my son had the resources (crisis management and financial) to figure out how to get a money order late in the evening. My son asked to see the white envelope which was the documentation of the final instructions and the men indicated they did not have it so they could not show him. They produced the inventory sheets from inside of the envelope. This was most infuriating. If not for the quality of the work done by the men who did final packing and moving, I would give this experience zero stars because the company refused to accept any responsibility for the mess that they alone had caused.

At pick up you were informed of the exact amount of payment at delivery, and it is written in your contract. The truth is you filled out (on your pickup) for the earliest delivery day because James your son was available the next day to receive the furniture at the storage facility. Money orders are available at grocery stores and post office everywhere. Our prompt service was a surprise for sure but you had your son James available for delivery on day one per our agreement at pick up and was aware of the amount and form of payment needed. Thanks for pointing out how good the crews were top notch and your stuff arrived safely and early! Stay healthy and safe!

Movers were kind and considerate. They efficiently moved all of my belongings. Quick delivery to my new home. The 3 movers worked like machines!! Hard working and focused making the move easy on my family. Highly recommend.
