Florida Pool Professionals took 210 days to complete a 70-day project. They overcharged for the excavation. They did not return to level the patio pavers as required by the contract. They did not pay the subcontractor that built the pool cage, even though I paid Florida Pool Professionals for the cage. The subcontractor filed a lien against my property. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The company did not respond to the complaint.
