I am a licensed real estate agent currently focused on supplementing my income during my slow business production, services rather than active Over the years, I have completed property preservation projects, including trash-outs, lock re-keying, and maintenance of pre-foreclosure and vacant properties. I own a truck and a 12' x 7' x 5' enclosed trailer, allowing me to handle dump runs, debris removal, mulch and material delivery, lumber transport, and other hauling-related tasks efficiently and reliably.
