This company is Hurricane Chasers. They ripped me off. Now we can not find them to get our money back. 15 people have tried to sue then In Panama City. CROOKED

I typically do a lot of research before hiring anyone. Unfortunately this business and Aaron Simerly were recommended by the homeowner of a house I just purchased. Aaron came twice to look at a dormer window leak, once with the previous owner and then myself. He showed the area of concern and said it would be an estimate of 500.00 to make repairs (pull and reflash the area of concern on the dormer). He showed up and spent all of 10 minutes (if that) on the roof. A few days later I messaged him and sent videos and photos showing that there was still an active leak. The leak was not even on the side of the dormer he flagged. Iâ ve since then spoken with two five star roofing companies and they have all but flat out stated that there was not an issue where Aaron made his â repairâ and that there was no way he was going to fix the leak with a little caulk. Iâ ve reach out to his office and spoken to not only Jennifer, but also have multiple text and emails from Aaron Simerly confirming that I was to receive a full refund on the faulty work. Itâ s been a week and I still have not received the check Aaron stated was in the mail. The concerning part is if you look up this business, the phone number or Aaron Simerly by his full name, there are lists of complains relating to fraud and faulty work. Itâ s truly saddening and disheartening that individuals like this are able to freely take advantage of ppl. I would not recommend this business and will be contacting the Escambia county inspectors office as well as the BBB to file a full complaint. Side note, when I became aware of all the complaints filed against Aaron, I called his office and spoke with Jennifer. I let her know my concern and that I didnâ t want to hurt Mrâ s Simerlyâ s feelings but the complaints made me worry. Jennifer gave multiple explanations for all the complaints and swore that Aaron stood by his work and that I had a 30 day warranty on repairs. After seeing all the complaints and having the leak on the opposite of the dormer a few days later, I let them know that I would not be utilizing them further as I would be contacting roofing companies locally and requested a refund.

they came to install a storm door was told i had termite damage on the door jam so i bought the material i needed (^600) and its sitting on my porch they never came back Im a 100% disabled vet and not to happy need help

they did a great job and are going to install a storm door and 2 handrails for me. very nice people would highly recomment them to anyone

Excellent service and very pleasant. Easy to work with and got the job done fast.

Quality work. I still have some more projects to get completed by this company, but so far, I very satisfied.
