"Hello Karen Boney, I would first like to thank you for letting us know how we are doing, we appreciate the opportunity very much. Secondly, the best thing about our company is that we strive to make sure every installation is done satisfactorily. When the installer arrived at your home he called you to let you know he arrived earlier than scheduled, before 2pm, to which you stated you were not home and did not want anything done to your house before you arrived. The installer came back to the shop and informed us of the situation and that he was willing to go back to your property after 2pm to install the gutters. Before he left to the shop, once you told him you did not want the gutters installed without your presence, he measured, prepped and cut the two runs of black gutters so that when he returned after finishing his day he would only need to install which is the 45 mins you stated above. One of the supervisors went back with the lead installer to help him put up the pieces as his helper was done for the day and was not able to go back. The supervisor on site collected payment from you as you were satisfied with the install. Following the installation, on the next day, we received word from the estimator by the name of PJay that the gutters were scratched up and bent to which we approved for us to go back and inspect the install to confirm and write down a service call sheet in order to correct all issues annotated. Today you will be receiving a call from the office in order to confirm what day this week we can pass by to inspect the gutters. Please understand that this is our peak season and the weather also delays us but we always respond and are here to take care of any issues you may have.
