Florida Smart Moving, LLC

Wow! They get ZERO stars but had to click on One star to post this review BUT pls understand this company gets BELOW ZERO STARS. Disgusting people, disgusting Customer service! Like worst company EVER!!!!!! Run away far away! Please listen to me. I moved a month ago and still remembered to return here to leave a review. Ripoff moving company! Thievery at its finest. This company quoted me one price to move my belongings from state to state. After arriving and loading the truck they upped the price significantly from $2600 to $8900 dollars and further increased it at time of delivery another $2000 and stated that after measuring the space within the truck they must increase the price. In total for a move from Florida to Ga cost us $11,000 with broken items! Like where did you get that original quote from? After researching this company on BBB and on google it appears that this is not the first time they have had this type of complaint. This appears to be a scam and no one wants to assu

I would have given them seven stars but only five were available! They completed our 25th move and no issues at all. We had a team of four men that operated as a well formed , non-stop team. The way they handled our vintage furniture, extraordinary! True to their name "Smart Movers" Excellent value. Highly recommended.

The best moving experience we have ever had!! Professional, quick, efficient! It could not get any better than this. Highly recommended!

Great guys. Did a great job and made sure my items were not damaged. Hard working team. Non-stop.

Thank you very much for your work, we were delighted !!! Everything was done quickly, accurately, I will recommend it to my friendsð

Beyond the best value out of 5 company estimates. Personable an helpful beyond belief. Spoke English clearly. So professional. Super great care in moving each item. Clean big truck. On time. BEST OF ALL NO HIDDEN PRICES AFTER MOVE WAS DONE. I GAVE THEM AMOUNT OF PIECES ... MEASUREMTS , THEY GAVE ME FLAT PRICE AN TRUE TO WORD. I GIVE THEM A 10. TRULLY THE BEST AN HONEST.

Amazing . Excellent service . Definitely will recommend .

Very professional, hard working team.

Ty for your service! Nick took really good care of us

I used them twice in one month and will be using them again soon.

Nick was the person that contacted me after I submitted the request, he was very courteous and clear about the pricing, available dates and services they provide, I accepted the quote he gave me over the phone, minutes later I got the quote on my mailbox with all the details about the move. The moving was a breeze, two guys show up with a big truck and tools to perform the task, I needed to move a very big glass aquarium, they were great, very careful, very professional. Tank got to the destination with no issues and perfect condition. Very happy with their services would recommend them for your moving needs.

They were efficient, took care with furniture. Hard working. Could have saved time in measuring the furniture before attempting to transferring them into the house. Overall a job well done.

They work hard and are very kind!

The sales person Nick was very clear and straightforward about the service provided. The 2 guys that came to do the moving were very careful and accommodating. I will definitely keep their contact info for any other future help I might need.

Guys did a fantastic job. Moving can be stressful, but if you manage to hire professionals like this company, everything goes smoothly and stress free. Definitely recommend them!

Arrived on time and did a great job.

They were great! From the communication with the manager to the professionalism and diligence of the movers. It was a big job with some last minute mishaps (not on their part) but they were able to accommodate me the best they could and get the job done. I am very thankful to this company. 4.5 because there were a couple nips on my couch and bookshelf (very small).

Very good customer attention and overall service, they managed my stuff carefully, nothing broken not even scratched. I highly recommend it.

Horrible!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!! Charged TRIPLE the estimate. Used my clothes, bedding, and towels as packing materials, had to keep telling them what to pack and they still tried to leave stuff, which ended up happening because they did not t have enough room in the truck. Was supposed to take a day and a half to pack but took 3 days. They showed up at the destination dirty, smelly, and probably hung over and just left all boxes in living room and mixed bedroom furniture after multiple attempts to tell them where things should go. Also damaged multiple furniture pieces. DO NOT HIRE!!

They were professional.

Their service is great they did a good job.
