Do NOT hire this company. I hired Christian to repair a leaky roof and two days later, it was then leaking in a new spot. I called Christian and he said that he could not get to us prior to hurricane IAN but would contact me after. He now wants to say that the repair is hurricane related and SHOULD be covered under my insurance. (Hurricane made landfall MANY hours later, 110 miles south of us) He did return my calls after I threatened to take him to small claims court, I was told by him that the hurricane caused wind damage I was told to file with my insurance, The damage was cause prior to the Hurricane and still leaking before the hurricane hit landfall. Maybe he is OK when everything goes well but he has HORRIBLE customer service when things go wrong.

Leaky roofs are terrible. Leaky roofs on a weekend are even worse. Luckily for us, Florida State Certified Roofing was willing to answer their phone and show up within the hour of my calling them. The crew inspected the roof, found the issue, and offered possible solutions to us. We chose what was best and they did the work immediately. Our bedroom ceiling was once again dry. The crew followed up with us numerous times to make sure that all was right in roof world, and it was. Florida State Certified Roofing is now our go to roofing company.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!

I would not hire this company. They installed the roof. I asked for permit. and warranty several times never got it. Then on December 21 2021 the roof started to leak I call owner Christian he was going to send someone out never came. Call next day had leave voice mail. Never returnes call. I have reported to bbb and codei forcement. Gary

They are very reliable. On time to their appointments. I had a leak and they were able to come out and fix it the very next day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of services!

I called multiple roofers and never felt comfortable with what they said but after I called Florida State Certified Roofing and they walked me through the whole process step by step I felt much better abut the whole thing. they are friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Florida state certified roofing is a company that I will recommend to anyone. Very professional and on time. I called his company in the middle of the night and they came out in the next hour, they gave me a very reasonable price on fixing the emergency repair, and after that, they were very professional about it and I wind up giving them my entire roof to replace. Also, very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, very clean, and once again, professionally done.

I am the head of an HOA and we deal with a lot of different contractors the past couple years. I liked how professional this company was. They sent us drone shots of the roof so that we didnt have to climb up there. Not many companies offer this service. The crew was great. They cleaned up after themselves and sent us pictures after they were done. Not many contractors offer services so detail oriented like this. It was very helpful as an HOA manager to have found a company like this. We use them any chance we get. I would highly recommend them!

They are very courteous, nice and professional . They guided me step by step through the process, no hidden fees and everything was upfront.

These guys were amazing! Not only did they come out the next day on time, but they also explained exactly what they were going to do. They showed me pictures, walked me through the process, and fix my roof the next day. It has been a while now, and I am glad to say still no leaks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The problem I was having with my roof was not resolved although they offer a 10 year guarantee on their work.

I hired IL Certified Roofing (Christian) to repair a roof in February of 2020, they did the work. In April I noticed that the leak was back, I emailed Christian and he responded by stating that he would send a crew the next day. The crew did not show so I called him again, rescheduled, and they did not show again. After submitting my complaint to HomeAdvisor and receiving their intervention, Jacob, Christians cousin, returned my calls and eventually sent a worker to repair the roof. On May 18th HomeAdvisor closed the case as resolved, but on June 26th, after a heavy storm, the exact same leak was back. I phoned Jacob again and have left multiple messages and no one will return my call. At this point, Im terribly frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received. Prior to the work, they were very communicative. I paid for the roof repair and still have the same problem and the company doesnt have the decency to return calls.

I am a dissatisfied customer but I have spoken to them and we have a tentative date to complete the work to my satisfaction. At that time I will revise the rating but at this time I am glad they are working with me.

We were awakened @ 3:30am on Saturday morning by rain water leaking through our bedroom ceiling. Spent the day talking to contractors about repairs. Chris was the only one who would give a quote for what I wanted, a repair, NOT a new roof. They showed up as promised and gave us reasonable quote for the job. Monday Chris and his team showed up and had or roof repaired before noon. They extended the repair area beyond the quoted length to cover some additional questionable area without additional cost. I would call them again if I had additional problems.

Nice professional work! Did extra fixes without charging extra, definitely recommend.

IL Certified Roofing, LLC was the only company to call me from home advisors. They came out the next day, viewed the job and gave me a quote. My neighbor talked to them because I'm not very knowledgeable about roofing. My neighbor advised me that the price was good and he also got Christian to offer a 1 year warranty on their work. (They don't normally warranty a patch job). My work was done today so I don't know as of yet how the repair will hold up but so far I am pleased with the work and the professionalism. They also showed me before and after pictures.

When they came to give me an estimate they told me my options and the outcomes. I received other estimates from roofing companies and not 1 gave me alternate options or a better price. I am ultimately glad I hired them and they were able to repair my roof the next day. I look forward to working with them on future repairs for my properties in the next few months.

It had been raining heavy on Saturday since 1 p.m. and what is was expected to continue until 4 a.m. the next morning. Saturday evening I noticed two leaks from the roof. I contacted Il certified roofing after reading several reviews of the company. They came out within an hour. They inspected the roof (in the rain), took video and explain the problem. A tarp was install to reduce further water damage to second floor apartment.Christian was able to give me an estimate of the cost to repair the roof and stated the cost of the tarp would be subtracted from the cost of the roof repair. I have peace of mind that the work will be done correctly.
