This company was a pleasure to work with and did a great job installing new windows and doors on my home. Everything about the process was very efficient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and our project manager (Marcella) ensured that quality standards were high. Only a few minor issues were encountered during the project (the usual things that come up during any house project) and were quickly dealt with. Overall, a great experience and I would happily use this company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Florida Storm Protection is a very IMPRESSIVE company. There are not enough words to compliment how well this business is run. - like a well-oiled machine. COMMUNICATION is their strength. They communicate well with the customer and they communicate well within their organization. It appears that everyone involved with your project is informed in real time, prior to speaking to you. We never heard anyone at FSP say " I'll have to check". They always had the correct answer. No waiting, just continuity. FSP makes everything easy for the customer. They take care of getting the permit. They were in communication with our HOA, getting the necessary approval. They lined up the city inspector to do his job once the project was completed. The products that this company sells are superior. We checked 4 other companies. The design of the regular windows and the sliders is so beautiful. The windows are high quality and energy efficient. What is really amazing about these windows is that they block out noise. We can no longer hear noise from sirens, airplanes, trains, the lawn crew using noisy machines, etc. Brian Hassel was very clear and honest about the products he was selling us. He was trustworthy and accommodating. Daniel, the professional measurer was very detailed. There were no mistakes. Each window fit perfectly. After we had decided to make our purchase from FSP I was in touch with Melina and Sabrina. From the beginning to the end of the job, they made sure that my scheduling concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. We had a deadline for when we would be leaving Florida. Nothing was left to the last minute. The crew arrived early on the first day of the job. Immediately, Rhanon and Alex began preparing our property, covering all necessary surfaces to prevent any damage. Special care was taken at every stage of the installation. The crew was cleaning continuously as the job progressed. Additional crew members, when needed, seemed to appear out of nowhere. Upon arrival, they saw what needed to be done and they just started working. This was by mental telepathy. (I imagined.) No-one spoke a word. No time was wasted. - just seamless work, work, work. Venesus arrived from another job to deliver a message, but he did not leave before he removed some trash as he left. Marcella Rocha, the project manager, arrived at the job each day to insure that everything was going according to plan. Marcella is a wonderful liaison between FSP and their customers. She is well-spoken and daily she tied up any unforeseen loose ends. On the final day, at the completion of the installation, Rhanon was leaving, but he spotted something out of place. He went back in the opposite direction, grabbed a broom and removed the last speck of whatever it was. - Then he bent down and moved his finger across the floor/door entrance to test that he could not feel any lingering dust. He did not leave until he was satisfied that every surface was as clean as it could be. Tiago arrived to make sure all of the finishing touches were completed. Tyler arrived to make sure that everything was ready for the city inspector. FSP wants you to remember them in the best possible way. They have aftercare bonuses and incentives. Such SMART marketing! Florida Storm Protection installed hurricane shutters at my home today. The employees arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. When the job was completed, they demonstrated how to use the shutters and let me do it myself so I would be familiar with how they work. They cleaned up afterwards. With customer service at an all time low in many industries, it was very refreshing to have a company that does a great job. FSP exceeded my expectations. I am very happy and thankful for finding FSP on Angie's List.

We can’t praise this company enough for their high quality product and superior customer service from beginning to end. Our sales consultant was Bill Majewski. We highly recommend him. He was patient and knowledgeable. He always responded to my phone calls. When I had questions, he made two extra trips to drop off brochures that we requested. The five man installation crew arrived promptly in the morning and worked very hard for 11 hours. They finished the job in one day. They covered all our belongings and the floor with tarp, and when they left everything was clean and put back where it was when they came. The next morning Tom, one of the owners, came and inspected everything and made sure we were satisfied. It was a pleasure working with this company and we highly recommend them.

Great customer service from beginning to end. When I called to set up an appointment for an estimate, I spoke with Tim, who was very pleasant. Tim did estimate himself, and he was friendly, not overbearing, and provided me with references of previous as well as current projects so I could see their work. They were also the only company that I contacted that would include a garage door in the project, all other companies I received estimates from told me I'd have to do that part of the project separately with a general contractor. I ultimately chose Florida Storm Protection because I liked that they were a local, family-owned business and seemed honest and fair. Their work was great; the installation crew was very professional and they finished a day ahead of schedule. Shawn was on site during installation. There was a minor issue with one window (likely from the factory) that they took care of no cost, no questions. I've already recommended this company to several of my friends.

This is truly a great family company. It is run by 3 brothers, Tim, Shaun and Tom and all 3 are great to work with. Their crew was neat, clean, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. They oversaw the entire process from accompanying me to the factory to help me select a front and sliding glass door to attending the inspection by the city inspector. They were very responsive to my many questions and communicated with me throughout the process. Their installers, led by Daniel, were quick, efficient and very precise. Everything looks great; I could not be happier. This family-owned business takes pride in their work. <br /> I had gotten quotes from other companies and found Florida Storm Protection was reasonably priced by comparison but the most professional to deal with by far. They were recommended by the door manufacturer and I highly recommend them too. <br />

I contacted several providers for estimates to have all the windows and doors on my house replaced. Florida Storm Protection immediately stood out because they were friendly and did not give me the hard sell. When I received the estimate, they were among the lowest. I chose them because of the level of service I received during the estimate and I was not disappointed. The doors and windows arrived ahead of schedule and they offered to install them early for me. They also coordinated with the company I chose to have a design etched in my front door before the door was installed. The installers showed up on time and we're professional and courteous. They finished on schedule without incident. We had the inspection scheduled and the reps from Florida Storm Protection were early and made sure the city inspector had everything he needed. I would absolutely recommend anyone considering impact windows to contact these gentlemen.

t <br /> Shawn came out initially and gave us the estimate.  He was punctual, pleasant, and professional.  We had a bit of sticker shock, but finally decided to go with Florida Storm Protection.  The non-impact shutters were ready for installation sooner than expected, and we were pleased with the installation.  We are happy with the appearance, and they are doing their job of helping to reduce the impact of the hot west side afternoon sun.  We were concerned that when the shutters were fully lowered, there was no way to secure the bottom part of the shutter to the wall.  Shawn came by, told us how the matter could be resolved, and the shutters can now be securely fastened against the wall of the house.  This was taken care of at no additional cost..  <br /> We would have no hesitation to again use the services of Florida Home Protection.  Our daughter and son-in-law were impressed with the job they did, and are now waiting for their shutters to be installed. <br />

They had the best prices. I was happy because it's hard to find a company that will take a small job. I just needed a storm shutter for the front door. They came out and took measurements and came back within the week to install it.

The job came out great.  The plantation city inspector was even impressed with their work.  Florida Storm Protection Unlimited installed the agreed upon equipment on the day they promised and did it in a timely manner.  They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional to deal with. <br />

It went well, there were some initial delays for scheduling, but in that I wasn't in a rush, and the price was so good, this was a non issue.  Andy was a professional and his guys did a fantastic job.  The right price, product and installation. <br />

The entire process including obtaining condo association approval and the Broward County permit went smoothly. The installer, Daniel, arrived on time and completed the job in 2 days. The old windows were taken away and the rooms were cleaned, no mess! We highly recommend (FSP) Florida Storm Protection.

Tim was quick in responding to our email and came out and provided us with a very reasonable and competitive estimate. He was very accommodating with any changes we wanted to make and started the job promptly, taking care of all the permits and suggested other reliable contractors for other work that we needed to complete.  <br /> The team of Danny and Martin is very impressive in their professionalism and work ethics. They even worked through the rain and beyond their normal working schedule just to get the job done and to keep us happy. Overall it was a great experience from day 1 to the completion of this job and I would recommend this company to anyone that is interested in getting this type of work done. <br />

It was painless. They did what they were supposed to do in a timely fashion and it was great service. They were wonderful, very professional and if they said they were going to call you back they called you back.

Three bids were received and the contractor selected made the most professional presentation and offered what we felt was the best product.  All the bids were comparably priced.  The large, high balconies made it a difficult removal and installation process that began with two consultations with the contractor.  The two-man crew showed up promptly on schedule and completed the removal and installation in two days.  This was not easy given the difficulty in getting to the condo unit through the length of the Association property.  Danny, the crew chief is smart, careful and experienced and made sure the job was done right and with minimum impact on us as the work was performed.  <br />

The price was fair.  So far everything with them has been very good.  I would recommend them highly.  Their main salesman name is Richard.  He was very professional and very thorough.
