". We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with our painting services. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we want to address your concerns and provide some context to the situation, and clarify your statements. First, we want to clarify that your project was completed to the best of our ability according to the agreed-upon contract. This was our second time working for you. You were extremely happy with the first job we did for you in 2020 and you said this is why you called us back. We absolutely applied 2 coats to everything we painted for you. All the doors, all the columns and all the trim, and the walls in the garage. You were home when we applied the paint. You spoke to us on the phone when our crew finished and you said you were happy with everything. You even gave our painters a tip for all their hard work! We take quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and when you brought up the issues with the areas that required touch-ups, we scheduled to take care of this for you, you agreed to our return date for the touchup. We worked you into our schedule as quickly as possible. The relationship break down occurred when I (Mike) and one of the painters arrived on site. When I inspected your requests for touchup, it was damage and mess caused by the roofers. You stated that you were already unhappy with them and they were not returning. The columns were gouged and scratched from the roofing tear off debris falling when the tore the roof off above your patio. The debris and granules were clearly all over the ground and surrounding areas. The trash from the tear off was scattered around your patio, flower beds and yard, and the granules from the roof tear off were about 1/2 inch thick, and all over your front patio tile, and the base of the freshly painted columns. The roofers needed to clean their mess, and they should of power washed or used a leaf blower to clean up their mess. We would of happily made the touchup you requested. When I brought this to your attention, you were defensive and very rude and nasty. You called me stupid, and questioned my competence to do the job, you questioned my painters ethnicity and if he understood English or not. You were clearly getting angry with us, so I made the decision to leave your toxic environment, and we would reschedule to come back if you would like. You began to make accusations, that I would not reschedule because you had already paid us in full , you had paid us that was true. We would of absolutely came back. You submitted payment a couple days after we originally finished the job. I was 100% willing to return to make the touchup another day, after you had the chance to calm down. You kept refusing. You told me I could just give you a partial refund and you would touchup yourself. We agreed on $200 and I gave you $200 cash. You then asked my painter for the paint he had in his hand because you said you paid for it when you hired us. We gave you the paint and parted ways. As we left your driveway you were still making comments towards us. 7 months later you are writing a review. I'm not sure how we can help you any further but if you have a suggestion please call our office. Mike Emerald Coast Painters - Jennifer Miller"
"Thank You!!!"
"Extremely hard woman to please, very obsessive compulsive . Some dust got on a few nick nacks in the middle of the job and she got upset. Our contract specifics there will be dust on occasion and we thoroughly clean our work area when we are finished. This woman was not able to be satisfied."
"The price was very reasonable especially after I gave him a $400 price break. We worked over the weekend to meet HIS deadline and because we accommodate our customers. He was advised some rooms needed a 3rd coats due to the colors he choose but he did not want to pay any extra for a 3rd coat."
