First time hiring a moving company so i was apprehensive but truck arrived on time and guys were very friendly. Everything was handled with care and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend you use them, you will be very satisfied.

I can no longer refer to this moving company with a good conscience. I have used this moving company in the past, and absolutely loved them! I have referred them to several others and know for sure that my son has used them as well as a close friend. First and foremost, Debbie is the one that handles all the scheduling and coordination, and she is extremely friendly and responsive. You never have to worry about them answering their phone or lack of communication. Debbie is great at that! She sends text messages with confirmation and everything. All of the movers that my son, my friend, and I had were all very friendly and courteous. When I used this company in the past, I went from a 3 bedroom house, 1 level, to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The guys were absolutely excellent, and my move took 2 hours. This most recent move, I downsized for an out of state move, but due to COVID ended up putting my stuff in storage. This time, I had no beds, no couches, no exercise equipment, fewer TVs, and less than 50 boxes. To make the move easier, I placed everything in the living room, which was closest to the door. This way the movers could just be in and out. The movers commented on how easy the move was going to be since it was so little and all in 1 spot. I also had small storage with a few Tupperware in it, but that was on the 1st level and was also downsized from the house I originally moved from. I went from the same 2 bedrooms, 2nd level apartment they moved me into, over to a climate-controlled storage unit on the 3rd floor. The storage company gave the movers a run key for the elevator, so they did not have to wait. My storage company also had L carts to move everything, and the movers each had one. I rented a 10x20 storage and my stuff only fills half of it. With only half the stuff I had in the previous move, an elevator in both places, and a run key, it took the movers 4 hours. It took so long, that I finally started loading an L cart and taking it up to my storage unit as well. The movers were very nice, very personable, but suuuuuuuuuuper slow. While we were finishing up, Debbie had called the movers over the radio and apparently they were very late to their next appointment. So, I do not think they had me scheduled to take 4 hours, I think the movers just took their time, obviously. This move should have no doubt been 2 hours or less, and the only way it would have been 2 hours would be because of the 30 min drive to the storage unit. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, and I can no longer refer to them.

The crew did not care about the move-wanted to get it over with, put ruts in my lawn, nearly wrecked my neighbors mailbox, did not clean up after they were done. They did reimburse me for the sprinkler they broke... dissapointing overall.

TJ and Reggie were absolutely awesome. No move goes completely smoothly but they were so helpful and patient I couldn't be more thankful. We had hiccups in moving, my personal transportation and my underestimation of space and they didn't even stop smiling for a moment (you can tell under the masks!). I used this company shortly after I started with the company I just lost my job from due to Corona a year and a half ago and both experiences were the same! Debbie is an angel and so accommodating it's unreal. I recommend them to anyone moving anything!

very concerned with your valuables. handled my belongings like they were their own. they all went above and beyond doing things for me like taking apart a massive desk that was built like a Chinese puzzle box and got it apart and wrapped for shipping, and then put it back together perfectly! love this company !

they were slow (walking, driving)--paid by the hour; they did not pack the truck efficiently and could not take all the items as a result; they left items on the lawn at the origin which were discovered missing at the destination; one man clearly was unhappy at his job; instead of picking up heavy items, they scraped the items along the trucks metal floor, scratching a few items. when I complained about the scratches, Debbie said they did not look that bad. She said she would come in person and look but a week later she has still not gotten back to me.

Pleasant, respectful genuinely nice guys who were honestly anxious to satisfy. I have no complaints, only praise.

As soon as I spoke with Debbie on the phone I knew I was going to hire this company. TJ and Kabrin arrived on time, were courteous, professional, friendly and completed the job quickly and per the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Exceptional! Professional! Wonderful people to work with. Speaking with Debbie in the office was perfect. I was able to reach her anytime of the day. The workers arrived right on time. Everything went very smoothly. The workers were great and went over and above! They wrapped everything perfectly. Also, they were asked to do more than expected and they were very kind and professional about it. Perfect gentlemen. Very good workers. Highly recommended!
