Good install put the unit where I requested.The GE Avanta Pure works good,but the price could be better.

"Linda, Thanks for your review... however, we did not install your water treatment equipment. We actually do not sell GE Avanta Pure systems. Our CWS series water softeners are Clack based and we prefer only a specific brand of water treatment equipment. We did however visit your property (for free) to inspect your water softener and to make sure everything was working properly. They have always answered my calls or returned them almost immediately. They showed up on time for the estimate and for the installation and are always extremely friendly. Our water softener has been installed for a little over a week and I am really happy with it.

Fast response to inquiry - Two hours! Installed new filter cartridges. Checked back on possible leaks and followed up next day to assure system was in order. Impressive and I will use them again as needed.

Quick response to set up appointment, provide estimate, and install a water filtration system to handle iron and sulfur components. The general manager and the installer were both very knowledgeable and efficient. Plumbing and connections were neat and organized. Despite some difficult circumstances, installation was well done. Would definitely recommend FWS Jacksonville for water filtration service and installation.
