    It is very seldom in the service business field to find and receive a qualified specialist who is also a customer advocate. Luke Ferguson arrived at the agreed upon appointment to examine, inspect, evaluate as well as listen to the problem with both professional input and experience. I was so taken with his assurance and evaluation that I hired him immediately. He performed the task of resolution to the "pest" in the attic and how he would correct it, along with guaranteeing his work, He provided a written quote and was paid when the service was totally completed to my satisfaction, I no longer have the pest in my attic and know it has been eradicated.

    I cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them for any pest control / animal removal work you need done. I contacted them three days before Christmas with a sudden, and rather extensive, raccoon problem. Luke (the owner) came out the next day, did an extensive inspection of the entire attic and damage done by the animals, provided a more than reasonable quote, and returned the next day to start work. He repaired all of the damage, critter proofed the entire house, left one egress point available to ensure no raccoons would be trapped in attic then set a trap and secured that last egress point with plastic to monitor any traffic. The trap caught raccoons every night and Luke even came out on Christmas day to humanely relocate one of the animals. He was patient, professional, courteous and above all he placed customer service and satisfaction above all else. Excellent company, excellent service, don't hesitate to call them!

    This service provider was outstanding! The raccoon trapping services provided worked very well. Trapped 3 raccoons and one possum. Bye, bye to the wildlife in our backyard for now.😄 Also, they had the best prices when I called around for these type services.
