FL Window and Door exceeded my expectations regarding pricing, communication, and workmanship. I received multiple quotes and assumed I would not be able to replace all the 40-year-old windows and sliders in my home at the same time due to cost. Thankfully, FL Window and Door gave me a good price to replace all the windows and sliders along with a no interest financing option. FL Window and Door representatives communicated the status of the job throughout the entire process and were happy to answer any questions I had even after I accepted their quote. The work crews were very professional and respectful of our furniture and decor. They provided protective coverings to minimize dust and took time to clean up at the end of the day. They also took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the operation of the windows and sliding doors. I would absolutely recommend Florida Window and Door for anyone’s future window replacement.

We recently had 5 of our windows replaced with impact windows by Yasmany. He was professional and got them all done in one day. He and his coworker were efficient in making sure the work area was covered and that the dust and debris didn’t go all over my house. I am very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of this company and especially of Rick Lasky, their sales representative. He explained the entire process clearly and completely and described the company's policy of customer satisfaction in detail. He was obviously very knowledgeable about all of the products offered and expressed his own opinion that the products are of high quality and the installation personnel are well trained and very motivated to do a good job. I definitely feel that doing business with this company will lead to a completely satisfactory outcome. My doors arrived and the installation crew came to my house on Monday July 1. They were very efficient and polite. They explained everything they were going to do and how the inspection process would work. They answered all my questions, even the silly ones. They worked quietly all day and left me the paperwork for the inspector for the next day. The inspector came and gave the project a very good rating. He said it was a good job. The next day I got a call that the crew had to return to do some finishing touches that had to wait until after the inspection but they never came that day. It was the day before the holiday so I didn't expect them to make it. So right now my job is not completely done but it is safe and looks great. I am hoping they can come finish it up one day next week. I will report when it is finished. Final report. The crew arrived bright and early the day after the holiday weekend to do the finishing details on my installation! They were very meticulous and clean. The entire time, the office staff kept in touch with me and kept me informed of plans and projects. They helped me with permitting and even financing. I felt like a very valued customer. I highly recommend this company and this product.
