Horrible company!!! Read the reviews before you contact this company for any of their products. We signed a contract In January 2025 and they didn't get installed until March 2026 and we had to fight with them during this time. They send inexperienced installers that walked thru our house without shoe covers, used our facilities, ruined decorator towels, damaged the brick on the outside and the tile in the bay window inside. They ruined the trim outside and tried to replace with pvc and the ones that were put up didn't miter or fit. The reviews on their web page sound wonderful, do not rely on them. Look deeper and you will find many disappointed customers like me.

Since my first contact with Florida Window & Door I have had the best of experiences. The initial visit was very informative and easy. The initial installation ran very easy and professional, Although I had an outside issue related to the work Florida Window & Door was very understanding and supportive during the process. After the issue was resolved, they finish the installation quickly end efficiently. Kudos to all involved and thanks for my little turtle.
