We had 7 impact windows and a slider done. They came in took all windows and the door out at the same time. So we had a complete open house until they finished. Well as if that isn't enough it goes on. They did not close off where they were working and dust debris went everywhere in my house to include carpet. I got home from work and had to spring clean my house. Well then upon inspection, they broke a bathroom window and didn't tell my husband, he found it on his own. The next day the supervisor came to see the mess and we have pictures. I then had to deep clean my house moving furniture and scrubbing everything down. In the process I found the other 3 windows not working, scraped and then they broke the window seal and tried to chalk it without telling us. Now cannot get return phone calls, can't get an inspection and it's been two weeks now. I wouldn't use this company for this kind of money. They were not cheap and their service is terrible. When I call the installation company now they say it is not in her department and sorry she can't help me.

Jesus has just completed my project, and my windows now open and close with ease - a new lock was also installed. I am very pleased with his work and explanations before and during the project. I highly recommend this skilled man

Totally unprofessional. We have been waiting for impact window/door completion since November of last year. Now we find out that aside window which salesperson said did not need to be replaced DOES need replacement, or we will not pass wind mitigation. Guess what they want us to pay additional money for that. Terrible.

He arrived on time and identified himself with a business care and was wearing his company shirt. I had a jammed window. He was able to open the window and fix it do that i would no longer have a problem.
