We were going to have new flooring installed in our condo. We contacted Florin and set a date for a quote. It was a Friday and he was stuck in traffic but sent his brother Chris. Chris measured our living/dining area and the next day Florin sent us a quote. We went out to get a few more quotes and they didn't even come close to Florin's. We set a date, bought all the needed material and they told us they'd be there at 8am. Chris and his sidekick showed up at 7:30, tore up our carpet and installed the Laminate flooring, moved a few pieces of furniture. They were finished by 1:30pm. very impressed. Chris answered all of our questions on what's the best way to protect and clean the floor. We are very happy with the job Florin Wood Floors did and will definitely hire them for our next project.

"With all the respect Keyth we only did labor in your house, you purchased materials and I warned you about your subfloor! It's nothing we can do but to rebuild the whole house and you know that . The labor quality it's great. I know you didn't like the color after we finished but that's what you picked! Service? We went and picked it up for you from the store. Did it in time 1.1/2 day and also picked up all old carpet and dispose of it for you with no charge. Also we gave you a good discount.i hope you'll reconsider the rating"

Wood Flooring Refinish
Had 800 sq ft of hardwood floors refinished by Florin Wood Floors. He went above and beyond by repairing some damaged boards and the project came out looking great. Florin is knowledgeable, easy to work with and pricing is very competitive. I would definitely recommend him.

We just finished an 1,800 sq.ft. removal of existing vinyl plank floor and the installation of a new luxury vinyl plank floor for our community center and we used Florin Wood Floors for the project, They completed the work in two days, did a fantastic job with a great attention to detail...oh, and their cost was highly competitive. We will not only use them again when needed, but will also recommend them to our 800+ homeowners in our community.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
There was misrepresentation, I had one floor completely installed and it is beautiful, the refinish of the stairs was done twice and still shows workmans footsteps. The most important part was the lower level second project was supposed to look the same as the upper level project only a different color, but instead they used a completely different style and I am completely disatisfied with this second project and I have called several times to try and come to an agreement to change it out, but this has been unsuccessful.

Everyone working on the project was courteous and professional. They did whatever was needed to get the job done even staying late to get the job completed within the agreed timeframe. They always communicated with me immediately when there was a problem so we could solve it together. They even called me to let me know they were on their way which is not a practice I have seen with other contractor. I would highly recommend Florin Hardwood floors and will use them in the future.
