Floriâ s Cleaning Services is amazing! I hired them to complete a three-bedroom apartment move-out cleaning. They were extremely thorough and completed the job in under two hours. They washed the windows, cleaned baseboards, and vacuumed and mopped all the floors. They also wiped down all the cabinets (inside & outside) and the counters. They cleaned the refrigerator and stove (including behind them). They also did a great job on the bathrooms and the closets. They were very friendly, effective, very efficient, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for any cleaning jobs. They are awesome!

I purchased a deep cleaning. The women did a great job with the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. The stove looked brand new. Refrigerator so clean and shiny. I was surprised to see they clean the laundry room. The women were great!

I used to clean houses many years ago and I'm still very picky about how I want things done-- but now, I can't do everything due to health reasons. They arrived 2 hours early, but this problem was solved quickly by a text. Then the crew returned close to the scheduled time and they went about their work quickly and professionally. They were also friendly and personable and took time to listen to my directions. There were only a couple of small places that they missed where I cleaned after they left. It was a great value for the money and I would definitely call them again.

Today they sent 2 crews and I am beyond happy. They were detailed and very very nice. This is by far the best job I’ve had done in my home.

Very unprofessional. Aggressively called before I had booked. Once booked? The cleaners came about 2 hours late because Teresa gave them the wrong address. The cleaners called expecting to use my buildings parking space and were upset when I said they could not. Teresa later tried to charge me extra because they were not able to park in the building but had to park on the street. I did not think that was fair especially since that was not brought up when I initially set up the apt. The cleaners did a good job. They did not have to do a room since my roommate chose to stay home yet I was still charged $20. Teresa then calls/text at minimum 7/10 times asking how I was going to pay while I was at work. We had discussed payment and I was awaiting a total from her which I could not easily respond for during my workday. When asked what led to the $20 increase Teresa said I know my house I should know. When I requested more detail she said it was messy and took cleaners longer. That was more rude than helpful. For one I honestly can not say I have a messier home then the next but we have an organized and picked up home. We had discussed specifics on what to clean so her to say it took longer I believe she added the time the cleaners had not been here since they were quite late. Overall disappointment and felt this was an awful unprofessional first experience with a cleaning service.

Deep clean of a studio apartment on mice-out. Even the building maintenance man was impressed.

The cleaning of bathrooms was good but floors and kitchen needed more attention.

I’ve used Flori’s two times to prepare my empty apartments for new tenants and they do amazing work! Priced right and they clean from top to bottom, inside & out. The staff was friendly and professional. I even added on extra areas to be cleaned and they got it all done! Great cleaning service!!!

Staff friendly and good to work with. Did exactly what was requested. Haven't utilized deep cleaning services yet but pleased with general cleaning services.

I got a quote over the phone for floor and counter cleaning for $130 and walls for $110. The cleaned the floor and counters ok but the walls weren't done well. When I called to complain I was rebuffed and told walls are 6-7 hundred. The cleaners who came asked me what the quote was I could have told them anything. I paid $240 total for a halfway decent cleaning job. I would not hire them again.
