We provide a full array of heating and plumbing services performed by an experienced, licensed plumber who’ll consult you on all options available to you. Quite apart from handymen, moonlighters or unlicensed plumbers who also perform similar services (when they’re available or under someone’s license). Our company is 100% committed to this business, it’s not our side job. We are a right-sized company, which means we have all the tools and experienced plumbers the bigger guys do, but you won't get pushed to the side with us. You deal with the owner, not a representative. Had a blockage in the "sub-waste" line from the kitchen. Apparently, the blockage was more than 2 feet long, with rust-corrosion and bio-chemical junk. I asked to update the line with a cleaning port since the house is 64 years old. Correction meant replacing the entire pipe section (8-10 feet), joint, hangers, etc. down to the main waste line. Re-installation was fast, neat, and came in under what I estimated. The plumbers came in early in the morning and were done before lunch. After over a year fighting with the drainage, I am glad to have my kitchen sink back in service. This is the second job they did for me and this group is very good.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Very smooth experience from start to finish. Jonnie worked efficiently and got the job done. Scheduling was a breeze and they even managed to come on the same day. I would easily recommend Flotechs Plumbing, and will definitely be using them in the future.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
A really fine and competent Jose and joey came to do the installation when they said they would and left the pipes above the heater with much more insulation it previously had. They didn't need to do that, but did, which sums up my feelings toward Flotechs.

We had a boiler emergency after the cold snap that came through our area. Our pipes were frozen and burst. A plumber came by to fix the leak and repair the pipes. However, our boiler system wasn't looked at. The pros at Flotech came to the rescue. We contacted them in the morning and they were able to arrive within a couple hours. Although I think we paid emergency pricing, the work was done well and the customer service was excellent. We would absolutely use these guys again. Jonnie and Joey worked as a team to get the job done within an hour and half. Our boiler system is working like the day we moved in.

Great service. Resolved an issue I was having by troubleshooting a problem, not replacing a part. Cleaned and tested my gas boiler and was very polite. Highly recommend. I will be using them going forward for sure.

Flotchs was prompt, made sure I knew who was coming along with their background and expertise, and stuck to their estimates to the penny. The work was very high quality (two fixtures installed in two bathrooms, along with H/C valve replacement), and I couldn't be more please...we will be returning customers for all our plumbing needs.

Gas Boiler or Radiator Heating System Repair
I had a boiler problem when it was 20 degrees out on a Friday night at 6pm and didn't know anyone to call. I looked on HomeAdvisor and got suggestions. Flotechs called me back right after I asked HomeAdvisor and explained their financial policy for coming out after hours. I was very certain I'd pay a lot and it was reasonable price but excellent service! I was given a pic of who would be showing up within 45min and he delt with my issue. At this point, it is a bandaid to get me over this winter but I know it has to get changed after 70+ yrs my house deserves a new boiler that's more effective, efficient and safe. They gave me a full quote of work needed and suggested the type of product for me to consider this summer. Very professional, timely, friendly and they did educate me on what they were doing along the way. I'd definitely depend on them again.

I had a serious problem with my primary house line and reached out to Flotech based on the reviews from this site. My old primary plumber moved away and didn't have any referrals. I was 100% satisfied with everything about them. Responded immediately. Gave me an estimate and scheduled the work. Josh , owner, handled my calls and scheduling. Great guy. His partner, Jose, came out to do the job with another plumber. Great guys also. I anticipated a HUGE bill. Very fair price. Their estimate was right on target. they were in and out in about 1.5 hrs. I am going to use them for a sump pump installation. They were neat, cordial, personable and professional. I am shocked. I thought i was going to be taken to the cleaners for this type of job. This is a dead honest review.

They responded to my online inquiry before I had finished with the website. They agreed to a reasonable rate on a weekend. They came within a couple of hours of my call.They were clean and thorough. I will use them again soon. They made the repair to my pipe in a reasonable period of time and had an extra showerhead available. I would recommend them..

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
This group was quite professional and responded to the Internet call quite promptly around 7 AM in the morning after I put out a call at 3 AM. My water heater blew out at 1:30 AM and I needed to have a new one installed withing 12 hours.
