Flotechs Plumbing, Inc.

Had a blockage in the "sub-waste" line from the kitchen. Apparently, the blockage was more than 2 feet long, with rust-corrosion and bio-chemical junk. I asked to update the line with a cleaning port since the house is 64 years old. Correction meant replacing the entire pipe section (8-10 feet), joint, hangers, etc. down to the main waste line. Re-installation was fast, neat, and came in under what I estimated. The plumbers came in early in the morning and were done before lunch. After over a year fighting with the drainage, I am glad to have my kitchen sink back in service. This is the second job they did for me and this group is very good.

A really fine and competent Jose and joey came to do the installation when they said they would and left the pipes above the heater with much more insulation it previously had. They didn't need to do that, but did, which sums up my feelings toward Flotechs.

We had a boiler emergency after the cold snap that came through our area. Our pipes were frozen and burst. A plumber came by to fix the leak and repair the pipes. However, our boiler system wasn't looked at. The pros at Flotech came to the rescue. We contacted them in the morning and they were able to arrive within a couple hours. Although I think we paid emergency pricing, the work was done well and the customer service was excellent. We would absolutely use these guys again. Jonnie and Joey worked as a team to get the job done within an hour and half. Our boiler system is working like the day we moved in.

Josh and Jose were very thorough and professional. They explained all work to be performed and completed in a timely and clean manner. I would recommend.

Great service. Resolved an issue I was having by troubleshooting a problem, not replacing a part. Cleaned and tested my gas boiler and was very polite. Highly recommend. I will be using them going forward for sure.

Flotchs was prompt, made sure I knew who was coming along with their background and expertise, and stuck to their estimates to the penny. The work was very high quality (two fixtures installed in two bathrooms, along with H/C valve replacement), and I couldn't be more please...we will be returning customers for all our plumbing needs.
