Silvio and Scott were absolutely fabulous to work with. Silvio could have told me they don't drive that far. No one in my town would deal with my problem. thanks to Silivo and Scott we now know what the problem was and what we need to do in the future to keep it from happening again! I;d recommend those guys in a heartbeat!

They had to come back to replace a toilet flapper that was not working correctly. They came the next day and the owner came and inspected the work. I recommended Flow King to family member and would recommend again.

I was specifically told by water company new bit of pipe wasnt required but they said it was; maybe to justify the labor? When the plumber did the work, he did exactly what the water company said needed, nothing more. Didnt cut in new pipe. Yet, they charged as if that was the time and effort needed. Hmmm Upside was they got it done same day.

We charge $424.00 to install a 3/4 pressure reducing valve no matter what we need to go through on install. Once our technician was finished, he even cleaned out your aerators for your faucets and pointed you in the right direction on the questions you had about the Moen sink faucet cartridge issue free of charge. Our prices are set on a price sheet unlike our competitors who have free range to charge what they want. We strive to make our clients happy hence our good reviews. Sometimes communicating the task and what we must do in"

although Mario and his company did not actually provide service for my need. I was very happy with the hour response time he could be here and his secretary was as professional as I ever heard. I will definitely use Mario if I need a project for my office or residential use. I highly recommend him and his company.
