Where do I begin!!! My daughter also made a review on Google. This man customer service is terrible I was reading through some of the reviews and if people call him out. He calls you a name or mocks u. Wow.. just wow.... Back on June 10th 2021 Flow Rite came to install a toliet. We did not have any issues until a few days after the toliet got installed. I noticed it was wobbling and shaking. But I thought it was because the seal around the base had to dry. Well about a week later it started leaking water and wobbling worst to the point it could not be used. So I reached out to this man about the issue. This was his reply I do not remember coming to that address let me check my records and get back to you. So I waited for a phone call and still to this day 4/16/2022 have not heard back. To top this all off he accused my daughter and I of not paying our bill in full. We have proof that everything was paid on the day of service. We have proof of the discount we received and proof that all the charges came off 2 credit cards and some cash. So please follow my words and go with any other company !!!!

Terrible customer service. Took my almost $500 deposit and never called to schedule service after sitting with my money for a week. When I called them, the owner had an attitude and made it sound as if it was my fault because I did not call. I am not the business! You have my money. YOU should be following up for scheduling. Came out to do the estimate. The original price increased (that was fine) and now I needed to pay an additional almost $600 deposit (never heard of a deposit increasing). This was also fine, but when I called for an explanation of costs I was again met with a straight attitude and the owner constantly overtalking me. I requested a refund (which they did immediately). I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism from a company in my entire life. How are they still in business

"This Client seems to not understand what is self-explanatory. She is the one who had an attitude from the first call. The deposit is 50% of the cost. Slab house, she is completely irrational but not the Husband, we had had the appointment with. No issues until Mrs. Master Degree (she said she has a master degree, lol) called following the updated Estimate since you omitted you have a slab house. Additionally, When she lied trying to say someone got smart with her, I told her we only spoke once, so when did it happen. Caught in her lie, she said refund. We said, GLADLY !! Not everyone is able to be civilized & be respectful just because that is."

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Tried to install a 40 gal tank when I specified 50 gals, tried to make small outside shed fit when big was needed, did not insulate outside exposed pipes.

Then you have the audacity to lie, instead of showing your Redneck Colors. You are the reason we do not work in West Columbia or Angie anymore. Crook in a cheap Suit !!!"

Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
The job has not been resolved , also they told me one price, and then they changed it to an increased price. It has been a bad experience all the way around. And the communication has been very poor throughout the project.

"1) This guy calls saying he has a simple leak in his yard which turns out to be a complete water Main Replacement. The water main is broken from the meter throughout the entire system all the way to his house. Ground totally saturated running off to the street. 2) We provided a flat cost quote on a minor water Main break for a $300 change. Once at the residence for the scheduled repair, we updated the quote to include a total water Main installation quote. This is much more than a simple fix !! We marked the ground for the entire run to the residence from the meter for the 811 DIG Call. 3) This Client approved the quote over the email."

Had a plumbing emergency and contacted them on a Sunday afternoon. Spoke with the owner Kevin and was so helpful to get a technician to me same day, after numerous failed attempts with other plumbing companies. The owner was very polite and worked very efficiently. Even offered to repair the wall he had to cut into to access the pipes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are top notch and am extremely pleased with them.

I called the company for my tenants. I was not able to meet him, but he sent me pictures, a video and he called to provide details of work done and/or concerns. The plumber even scheduled extra time at the property to address an additional concern my tenants had after receiving my approval to proceed.

I paid him after work was done, then i was charged again for the work, card, plumber says i will get repaid in 7 to 10 working days. reallt didnt like paying for the same thing twice. man did great job hate to ruin it by being double billed

Showed up on time! Work completed professionally and in a timely fashion. My only complaint is having to dispose of my old water heater myself. That service should at least be offered for an additional fee.

Mr. Richards took my call and came the next day . He began work that day digging to find where the underground leak was. Fixed the problem that very day. We were most impressed with his know- how and the timely way the repair was made. This very nice gentleman explained everything to us and we are very happy with the result. Will definitely call him again should another plumbing issue arise.

I would refer him to others but he needs to be up front with the customer about the removal of old items which he did not do therefore I am stuck with this old water heater in my yard.
