First of all id like to state that this job was bid as new seamless gutters and a new metal roof. 19000 job. Brian the owner NEVER came out to our home, after being asked several times by us as well as the metal company that supplied the metal for our job. The metal company actually came out, at their own expense to look over the job. We also hired an independent roofing company to inspect this job as well, cost us 300. We were told that the day of wirk beginning that the crew would be there at 6:30am and that the job would be done that day. Once the crew showed up around 8:30 that day, there was a huge language barrier and no one that spoke English and they would just stare at you and smile when trying to ask questions or inform them of the things to be performed on the project. So they didn't understand. When we brought it up to Brian he called us racists. We asked him to come out to inspect and he said NO thats 2 hours from me. He then threatened to put a lean on our home.

They did an excellent job. They gave me a signed agreement about what they would do and how much it would cost. Work took place as agreed. Everyone from the sales rep to the workman were professional and knowledgeable about their work. I highly recommend them.

I have not had the work completed yet, however, that is one reason ai chose this company. We have a few other projects to do before this one and they are going to honor their price and be patient with us. Our representative Aireanna W was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend you call and ask for her and allow her to come show you the great products.

I came home to my gutter being half off. Exposed rotted wood etc. Oscar, who came to do my estimate, not only reviewed the area I needed repairs on, but the entire gutter system. He had good roof and gutter knowledge and was able to give me exactly what I needed, as well as a repair on something I did need. The guys were able to start the job on the same day and got done early the next morning. They even disconnected and did thorough cleaning on all gutters. Definitely recommend the team at Flowshield for their good work!

They entire process was customer friendly, professional, and quick. They came out did measurements and sat to talk to us about our options. They gave us a very fair price upfront with no hidden fees or charges. Every question we had got answered. We signed the papers and the very next day they installed our gutters. The wife absolutely loves them. Highly recommend.

So far so good just waiting for Wednesday to get the job done no complaints, customer service is great!

Jen came out to do a quick consult, then was able to schedule the work for the very next day at a reasonable price. She was wonderful to work with, and the team not only cleaned my gutters and installed gutter guards, they also repaired a small section of gutter that was previously damaged.

The work is not done yet but the representative was exemplary. I can’t say as to the results but I expect them to be of the highest standard.

The sales rep was prompt, efficient and brought samples of similar products so I could compare to his product. The gutter guard addition was scheduled and completed in the same day. So far I'm very pleased with the service -waiting on the next rainy day.

Super efficient, reasonable cost, professional, and reliable

I found FlowShield through Angi. Forest Thrawl from FlowShield came to my house on July 13 to give me an estimate. He measured how much guttering would be covered by the shields. He told me that shields would not be installed on the gutters around my enclosed patio because of how they are attached to the patio roof. He did say they would clean those gutters even though no shields would be installed. I agreed and the work was to be done the following day. When I got home from work on July 14 I wasn't sure the work had been done because no one was there. I did have someone coming from Leaf Filter to give me an estimate that afternoon, but I had forgotten to cancel that appointment. When he (Bryan Wright) arrived, I apologized and told him I had already agreed to give the job to FlowShield but I wasn't sure if it had been done. He said he would take a look and he verified that the shields had been installed. I asked if he would check the gutters around the patio to see if they had been cleaned. He said shields had been installed on the gutters around the patio and took pictures of the installation. I couldn't believe FlowShield had done this when they said it shouldn't be done at all. I could see from the pictures that Bryan Wright took that the tabs on the shields had been screwed into the roof over the patio. Bryan Wright said this would cause problems because now rain could in around the screws and cause rot in the roof. When I spoke to FlowShield about this on July 24, they said they could come remove the shields. I told them this was not an option because then there would be open screw-holes that moisture could get into even more easily. Now FlowShield is hounding me to pay them. I don't feel I should have to pay for a job that was not done satisfactorily and caused damage to my home until the damage has been rectified. I will need to get the roof replaced over the patio and I feel that FlowShield should be responsible for that expense. So there are additional costs related to the service, but that field on Angi's form does not seem to be functioning, so I Ieft it blank.

Oscar came to our home and he felt like Family very nice and well trained with all our questions and he made me smile and just down to earth If yall should need any gutter work Please call them they are awesome .

Drake came to demo their product and estimate the job the same day we called. The tech came out later that day and installed the gutter guards before the sun went down. That's a pretty amazing response from any construction service. Price was fair and easy to agree to. Only had one worry - the tech that came for install, worked alone on our three story home all on an incredibly tall ladder. We had to leave for a dinner when he was up there working. Everything worked out fine.

Tyler Covington was my rep and he was very knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. I would definitely give him a 5 star review! They came the next day for the tear down and install. I am very happy with my new gutters!

Jamie Webster came out same day, and was easy to discuss my needs and concerns, without being an overbearing salesperson. He quoted, what I felt, a very fair price, and had the installers here next day. Installers arrived promptly. They worked great as a team, and worked with a sense of urgency to complete the job. They were all friendly (and most spoke English). Zero problems with installers. Rain expected tonight, and I'm looking forward to not seeing the rain pouring over my old sagging gutters.

The job was completed the next day and the quality of work was great. Later that day, Jamie followed up which I thought was pretty cool. I would recommend them to anyone who needs gutter replacement, installment, or cleaning.
