Mr. Flowe did an excellent job resloping a drainage ditch in my back yard. He was very professional and very friendly. He did the job in a very reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend Flowe Grading.

This was a horrible experience that never was. After deferring our scheduled service for five weeks, they contacted us the day prior to their scheduled arrival, via text, to say they were uncomfortable doing the work. In particular, they provided a canned response of the large rocks in our yard night damage to their equipment. From the moment we agreed on pricing and work, we explicitly agreed we would assess the risk when they started the project. The entire time we conversed via text for the five weeks prior to the scheduled work, they never mentioned being uncomfortable doing the work. Ironically, the contractor we hired to remove all the trees in our backyard, removed all the rocks/boulders in question. It was going to be a simple excavation for them. When they texted us to say they were no longer going to do the job, because of their concern I communicated what the previous contractor accomplished, and that they should come out to conduct a pre-production inspection again. They did not even bother to respond. I am not disappointed with Flowe Grading because they did not complete the project. I have a problem with their integrity, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. We deferred scheduling multiple home improvement projects, that were contingent on this work being performed. But we still had to pay deposits for the scheduled work. Now, we are backlog list for all of the other contractors.

However as we stated at the initial consult that we did not feel comfortable with the job based on the boulders that were In fact very large that could potentially destroy our machines, you suggested we try and attempt to remove and haul off debris. Suggesting that you needed to find someone who had larger equipment and that could work day in and day out. Giving it more and more thought to it as our machines are well over 50,000 plus we could not afford to take the risk of destroying our equipment. I followed up with a text explaining with apologies that we could not comfortably complete the job.

Satisfied with the work done. Great communication throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their yard graded. Now we are all set and ready for our pool! Good, local company.

They were very good. Alwsys kept you up to date and would call or text to let you know that all was on time. Arrived on time and completed the job on time and asked severl times if everything was to your liking. Very good service.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
