The quality of the work was very good, however, you need them to guarantee the price of the estimate will be the final price to you or you may get a substantially higher bill.

"From the time I gave Gene an estimate to the time that we actually were called to do the job a month went by. Gene went on vacation. The scope of the work had changed dramatically from what we originally discussed . Gene was on the property the entire time and was able to see exactly how much additional work was done . I'm sorry but I can't work for free. By definition an estimate is a rough guess. His job was much more involved after the month wait. Glad you were happy with the quality of work Gene. In addition, Gene paid the full amount. He wasn't obligated to."

I would be very wary of these reviews. My experience with Terry was terrible. I hired her to do an outdoor seasonal display; mostly lights on the house and a tree connected to timers. She was fine in person at first and the decor itself was fine, but she left me to finish the job including installing the timers, getting a new timer because she hadn't check to ensure the compatibility with my outdoor outlet, and I also had to replace an extension cord because she had connected it in the middle of the driveway where cars would run over it. In addition, she used attachments on the house that took off paint! I didn't complain about it though until she asked me to write a positive review on Home Advisor. I told her honestly, I couldn't, given these issues. When I asked her to come take the display down (part of the SOW), here is the email she sent me: "No I will not take them down. I asked you if you would write a review on Home advisor and you bitched about doing so because you felt it was too expensive...Now you can fend for yourself.." WHOA. WHAT?? I would avoid her at all costs; there are plenty of landscapers who are competent and kind to their customers.

Jessica got All her lights, Garland, out door timers / 3M hangers for her lights on her house. 2 people Decorated her house for $600 dollars . ******* *** * ******** ******* . * **** ** **** **** ***** ************* . Thank you This was a very bad "Fit" it was the Holiday Season, This woman was not in a good mood, she was actually quite miserable. She was clearly Drinking and we just didn't connect in a professional way. It was seriously disappointing."
