Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
We hired Flowers Flooring to tear up and remove our old tile flooring and install new tile of equal value. We also checked out two other flooring places at the same time. Everything about Flowers was head and shoulders over the others. The man who came to our home to give us an estimate was professional, friendly, and on time! He had quite a few samples as well as being able to show us more on his computer. My husband was impressed with the details on our estimate. Several pages with all the details as well as an accurate computer drawing of our kitchen and the work to be done. This was way more than we received from our other estimates and the others weren't clear on what was included. The others were also over $1000 more! We waited 2 weeks for the tile to arrive, which was an accurate estimate of what we were expecting and they completed the entire project of tearing out the old and installing the new with molding and clean up in 3 days as we were told. The work done is professional and looks great. We are very happy with the results and we highly recommend Flowers Flooring!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Flowers Flooring was one of the best companies we've ever worked with! Getting new floors on our first floor of our house was a big expense we contemplated for years. The moment we reached out to Flowers, the customer service was spot on; very attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I kept thinking, "How can Flowers compete with these national companies?" Oh my gosh, they blew everyone away. From the product to pricing to their professional interactions across all contacts. In addition, we found their pricing better and right inline versus some of the outrageous highway robbery some companies tried to pull off. Most importantly, Flowers Flooring was the ONE company that did not act like used car salesmen and take jabs at competitors and tell us "If you sign today we can give you $X off for the monthly manager's special!" My husband and I are Sales Executives, so we appreciated Flowers Flooring allowing their team, product and final work to speak for itself. That speaks volumes! Thank you, Flowers Flooring, for making a scary investment such a wonderful experience and outcome. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We hired Flowers to install a tile floor in our kitchen over a year ago and were blown away by their service and attention to detail. When we were finally ready to complete our kitchen with a backsplash, we knew exactly who to call. Stenio did an excellent job with both our floor and our backsplash and has incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship.

They promised stellar results. But they actually damaged my floors. Then to cap off the horrific service and results they told me they could not complete the work. They use, at least in my case, subcontracters. Isn't that wild!?! THEY MADE A MESS. THEN THEY QUIT WITHOUT FINISHING. Find another company for your flooring project.

Flowers Flooring was unable to perform the Hardwood Restoration service on your floors because your floors had polish on them; therefore the finish would not properly adhere to the floor. In an effort to provide the best service possible we sent our estimator back to your home to provide you with another estimate to replace the flooring with vinyl plank. You decided to not move forward with the replacement. We certainly didn't quit and walk away from the job. We simply did not want to provide sub-par service knowing that the hardwood restoration process would not work with the bona polish that was used on your hardwood. We understand that customer's get frustrated when a less expensive alternative doesn't work, but as a professional flooring company we always want our customer's floors to look their very best and we would never perform a service that is anything less. You were refunded your full deposit over six months ago, and we wish you the best of luck with your floors.
