Ralph and Ralph Jr were a pleasurer to work with. They did a great job installing TVs and mounts at all of your medical clinics. They were very responsive to all of our questions and gave us exactly what we were looking for. They stand by their work and will make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. Ralph, and his team, were the first to respond to my request. They were prompt and flexible enough to take care of my entire project. Ralph finished wiring our warehouse and office in hours, not days or weeks. Ralph and his team were timely and professional, and they finished our project ON-TIME and on budget.

She had just recently started working again from her office (due to Covid 19). Previous wiring had cut or disconnected cables that were wired to a panel in rear of office that was not convenient for add on network equipment. A three (3) shelf rack mounted on a wood backboard for all network equipment in the center of office was installed. All cables were routed through the wall to a CAT 6 12-Port patch panel. Patch cables were connected from the appropriate voice or data port to the correct network device. All components are easy to access and it makes for an attractive office network showcase.

The client elected to remove certain network equipment. Cables were rerouted to allow for better cable management and have network equipment more centrally located. Existing Internet provided equipment was provisioned to accommodate the wireless needs. Fixed configuration on the main PC to access both existing scanners on the network.

This project involved installation, termination, and testing of Cat 5e Cable runs from AP's (access points) in ceiling rafters of warehouse to Network Patch panel in wall mounted 19" cabinet by ceiling rafters. Also, the mounting of one of the AP's. Port assignments according to network Admin specifications.

New Cat 6 cabling installed to all exam room computers via newly terminated network wall jacks to GIG speed ports on the network switch. Eliminating much interference on the existing Wi-Fi router and providing the fastest possible speed.

Ralph and his son Ralph Jr did an awesome job! After they had finished the job one of transmitters had fail in the next week and they came out right away and replaced it, now everything is working great. Great company!!!

Installed HDMI to twisted pair transmitter/receiver devices to extend video connections from the camera (at the rear of the church building) to projectors at left and right extremity locations (in front of the church) to display images on screens behind choir positions.

The client was told exactly what the cost would be before the service call was scheduled and she gladly accepted. This is always made very clear to avoid any misunderstandings later. An employee (John, of some management level) gave the exact instructions on the project, we confirmed a slight change on wall location due to ceiling/wall structure which he agreed. John liked the change and highly praised the finished work. The cabling was run in existing ceiling "J" hooks with sufficient lead amount of cable left in the ceiling for possible future moves. The quality of the work done is of High Quality and the Customer Service provided was excellent. At no time did the contact person "Jimena" make known any dissatisfaction with any conversation regarding the project. The scheduling and timing was accommodating to the client. The date & time was made available for a rapid response at NO EXTRA COST. Their was extra time taken to run the contact person's CC since changes had been made with our merchant acct. but the process was completed. This was the only hesitation that the contact person expressed, in the delay of processing the CC (it was during normal working hours). She suggested that a check could be sent in the mail. She was reminded that from our initial conversation that payment is due at the end of project completion.

Installed a wall rack mount to accommodate network equipment. Replaced existing network patch panel and mounted on the rack. Installed new network cables from the new PC location to the network patch panel. Installed new network jacks on existing cables, where possible. Troubleshot and repaired existing voice and network connections to remaining user locations.
