I submitted a request by email via Servicemagic, and almost immediately received a call from Anthony when I hit the send button! He listened to my problem by phone, scheduled a convenient time for a service call that same day, and arrived promptly at that scheduled time. He did a great job, fixed the problem I had and gave me tips to solve some other issues, as well. He was polite, conscientious, courteous and very capable. I am delighted to know about his company and will tell friends abourt his company and use his services from here on out. (He was so much better than any other plumbing service I've had before!)

Anthony was very courteous and understanding when he was available. He was sometimes slow to reply to requests, but always came back with good answers, just took some time. Work was completed on the day he said, with no delay. Quality of work was good. I will use him again when needed.

I found Mr Lupinacci to be clean, neat, courteous & professional, with a wide range of skills. No job is too small. He is knowledgeable, listens well & aims to please, works neatly, cleans up after the project, & is reasonable. He called when running late, then arrived within the stated time; he returned promptly to make a small correction. I will not hesitate to call him again.

Plumbing under sink was leaking. Contacted Flowmasters through Service Masters on website. Mr. Lupinacci contacted me by phone within 15 minutes. (wow) As it was not an emergency, an appointment for an estimate was made. Mr Lupinacci arrived after phoning, gave an estimate, went to get necessary plumbing fixtures and fixed the leak in less than 2 hours. The final bill was the same as the estimate, very reasonable. It is surprising how neat and clean Mr. Lupinacci is. He also informed me of some future plumbing needs. Excellent, what a contractor.

Project: Install new post and mailbox in front yard. Anthony Lupinacci came to our home, gave us an estimate and provided information on exactly what had to be done. He also provided us with contact information if we had any questions and was available to answer them. He estimated a time of completion and the work was completed as stated. His professionalism was stellar and he explained all aspects of the project that was understandable to us. We are very pleased with his work and appreciate his availability. we would certainly and in fact, are considering some additional work for him based on his honesty and professional attitude.

Received quick response regarding painting of bedroom. I was in a hurry to get completed because I was getting new mattress delivered, and they were able to accommodate my schedule. They were on time, professional, had reasonable rates that did not change after job was completed, and they did an excellent painting job on the bedroom. I have already scheduled another painting job. Positive experience.

Anthony was knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. We found out last minute about repairs that had to be completed before closing on an FHA loan. I submitted my servicemagic request on a Wednesday and he contacted me within 30 minutes of my search to discuss my project and timeline. He came out that Saturday, put together an estimate (which was reasonably priced), and completed the work the same day. We will certainly call him in the future as projects arise at our new home!
