We hired Nova for a major 3,000 sq. ft. home addition in Dallas, Texas, and the results were absolutely incredible. This was not a small project, and we needed a contractor we could trust with the structure, layout, design details, and overall execution. Nova delivered from start to finish. This was actually our second time using Nova. They previously completed a kitchen renovation for us back in 2021 at our last home, and we were so happy with the quality of work that we knew exactly who to call when it came time for this large addition. The Nova team handled the project professionally, communicated throughout the process, and paid close attention to the details that mattered. Do not hire this company they are scammers, look online for court cases against them. Search in Denton, Collin, Harris, Dallas counties Look at their reviews they are all in the same months directly after they get a bad review boom they post a bunch in the same month. This is a one person company and they aren?t working multiple jobs. Formed in 2021 they do not have 41 years of experience. Update as of 03/30/26: Follow up to last post, look up case CV-2026-01268 in Denton county, you will find they lost arbitration case and have still yet to pay the money owed. I want to thank Nova Quality Builds and their team for the beautiful pool/theater house they built for our family which is 1100 square feet with a small loft that they recommended to use all dead space. A written estimate was provided and proved to be flexible as we moved along in the project. However, if you have ideas that are "different" from what is showing their website, I would suggest you be prepared to provide ample direction and be available to work with/direct the team to keep the project moving in your direction and vision.
