had a very disappointing experience with [Company Name/Technician Name] on a large-scale project. Despite paying a significant amount of money, the service was unprofessional from start to finish. The technician was incredibly messy, frequently leaving tools scattered across our kitchen counters and dining table. Most shockingly, he repeatedly left without flushing the toilet after use?a basic lack of respect for someone?s home. The project dragged on much longer than expected. It felt like he lacked the mastery needed for the job, yet he never brought in help. He frequently left early with various excuses (sickness, family matters), leading to a total lack of progress. Communication was non-existent; he never provided updates, and we were forced to constantly chase him down for information. The breaking point was when the new water heater he installed started leaking over the weekend. We panicked and tried to call, but his phone was turned off. My husband eventually had to figure out

I called Ed , and explained my problem. I gave me a quote that was fair, and much lower than another company. He came out promptly,and installed a new toilet,quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great. Now I have a new plumber, that I feel good about! Wish I had found him a couple of weeks ago. I would haVe saved a bunch of money.

Ed is a really nice guy. He did a great job installing 2 bathroom faucets and installing a new shower kit (head and handle) along with Delta diverter. Since my water is hard In the future I will have him install a water softener.

The price was higher than I expected but it was done in a quick professional way.

Ed and his assistant did a great job. He was the first to identify another plumbing issue, which was later verified by others that came to look at the job. His pricing was very fair and he is very knowledgeable, having been in this business for 30+ years. He reminded me of my electrician dad... honest and not going to try to up-sell you with work that you don't really need. It is so nice to have a trustworthy service pro in my phone now! I have already referred him to another friend.

Ed and his crew tackled a difficult job for me that other plumbers wouldn't even quote. He and his crew did an excellent job for me, replacing sixty some year old steel pipes, some of which had been leaking for years. I had a last minute addition to the job - to stop on the way and pick up type U/F, 12/2 cable and pull it through from my well pit to my utility room. Obviously this was an additional charge, and he had the opportunity to gouge me, but he did not. This is the man I am going to call for all future plumbing work. I absolutely recommend him.

These guys are amazing! I had a bit of a mess and several projects that needed to be done and no idea where to start. They came in and helped me tackle each project as it came along. They are honest hardworking lighthearted guys. They have very fair pricing and work as quickly and efficiently as they could. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their jobs. Went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and they didn't stop until they were 100% happy with what they wanted the results to be. They will be the only ones to come work in and on our home from here on out! I appreciate all of your all's hard work and dedication to your job.
