After all the snow we got and then the melting. My basement was definitely leaking had alot dampness , hairline cracks, mold. Call these guys, got a quote and they did the work in a timely fashion. Professional and the work looks great.

Very willing to help us move things around to make their work more thorough. Explained steps along the way. We like how his truck looked organized and how he laid out the materials in an organized fashion. Pleasant and efficient and was less expensive that other quotes. Floyd Contractors (owner Bryan Floyd) work with a "can do" approach and is very professional even with the clean up at the end of the project. We are very pleased with the waterproofing of our basement via long drain and new sump-pump . Good Work.

Looking for a good company and I found them. My basement was flooding every time we had heavy rain also had some cracks in my foundation. Call them got a estimate with in a few days. They came out installed a sump pump and did foundation repair. Great group of guys fast and efficient as well as reasonably price.

The owner of the company came to our house to access our water problem himself. He returned on the morning the work was to be preformed with a ,crew, material and equipment to dig, 4 inter connecting trenches ( in two locations ) added pea gravel and drain tile all leading to a dry well installed in our back yard on a day in September when almost 2 inches of rain fell that day, they were soaked! Accept for the trench lines, you would have never known they we here. Recently, as I installed gutter guards around the house. I noticed that gutter downspouts that tied into those trenches they dug now had wire mesh ( to prevent leaf clog )in the downspout holes that wasn't there prior. Nice hidden touch!

That impressed me it's nice to get an opinion form the guys doing the work. They showed me a sample of their drain system and how it is installed. We set a start date about a week later, the job went great the guys were polite and our basement is still dry even after all the rain we just had.

They explained the whole process to us and they have a lifetime warranty which is great that they stand behind their work. We signed the contract and about 2 weeks later they showed up on time! And did a great job, cleaned up and our basement has been bone dry. Thank You!

We had a major water problem in our basement when it would rain very hard. We had them install a drain system in our basement and it has been dry.

The responded very quickly to my call and scheduled the work much sooner than I expected. Work was vey well done and I would use them again. The price was a little higher than expected given it was a small job that only took 4 hours to complete but the price was still reasonable.

The crew was very knowledgeable and courteous. Their price came in far below other estimates which were in the thousands of dollars for a very small leak near the sump pump. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company.

Brian from Floyd Contracting was great. The work was outstanding, done quickly, and cleanup was seamless. He also helped me find a good, low priced plumber and the price was SO much better than the competition.

They were very professional and did a great job on waterproofing my basement. Very knowlegeable and efficent.

They were all very nice and did great work installing a new liner. The only complaint was that I had to get rid of the old liner and box the new liner came in.
