Floyd was very knowledgeable and very Fast to respond to our request for an appraisal. He noted almost everything in the home and let me be there for the inspection, which was helpful when I pointed out some of the more modern features that needed replacement (ie) controls for the heated floors, and some issues with the paint coming of where it was taped. But he was very good a little bit higher then some other inspectors but worth it for his attention to detail.

Floyd was very thorough in providing both verbal and written feedback on my home. It was readily apparent he has a working knowledge of most any issue that an older home may present. He scheduled appointment within 24 hours of my contacting him and written report was sent to me the very next day! I would be comfortable hiring him for most any home work project
