I called on Friday, November 8th and he returned my call within 20 minutes. We discussed price and what it could be from the information that I provided. Once he got to my home (on time) he told me I would need a new faucet. I went to Home Depot and got it and in no time at all there was no leak. The part where I was really impressed is I told him the faucet is not straight. He didn't give me an attitude. He said we can make it straight. I would use him again in the future.

He did a good job.

When I first talked to him, he was very accommodating and we made an appointment for him to come the next day at 5 pm. I got a cost quote for the job. By 5:30 he had not showed up so I called him, he thought he was going to come 3 days later. After arguing with him he said he would be there eventually. He showed up 2 hours later. When he looked at what he was going to be doing, he said it was going to cost more because he was tall and it was a small space. It took him 2 hours to replace the faucet and didn’t look at the toilet issue I had. In the end, he still didn’t apologize for the time mix up saying he might have forgotten. He also left my bathroom in a very dirty state, he even left black fingerprints there and left the residue of the work there for me to bring downstairs.

I logged on to home advisor after calling around for some one to help me replace my hot water tank on a Saturday. In 5 minutes I was on the phone setting everything up. The job was completed in about 4 hours that same day.
