There was a slight mix up with time of the appointment, but that was sorted out very quickly. The tech who arrived was very pleasant, and polite. His work was clean and tidy, he was very professional.

Was not sure of the cost to clean everything but well worth it now that it has been done. We could not get the stove working and all and the worker spent several hours cleaning it in every way possible and now it works like a charm. They put in the extra effort and make you see they are worth the money.

Very happy with them and the work they did, very courteious and business like, but it is quite expensive. I hope they do like 75$ specials to the existing clients for future year maintenance...
