I paid a deposit upfront and they cancelled twice (scheduled dates and times and cancelled TWICE when they booked the appointment they realized they did not have the part they needed. ). Third time no-show and no response to phone calls/texts. Impossible to understand the positive reviews. Worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. Please reconsider calling this company. Up until today I have not received my money back.

The Flue Tech team is easy to contact, responsive, and organized. Tech Mike replaced the stove pipe of our wood burning stove. During the initial consultation, Mike provided detailed recommendations to improve the safety of our stove and really took the time to explain what he was proposing and why. He was diligent in performing the work itself. Overall, Mike went above and beyond to ensure that our home is safe for the upcoming wood-burning season. We will definitely continue to use Flue Tech in the future.

Mike and Kevin did a great job. They explained everything they were going to do when they arrived. My gas fireplace is up and running. While they were there they did a full inspection of my chimneys, took pictures and showed me when finished. Everything was fine, just said chimney cap may need to be replaced in the future. Price was very reasonable.

We had our dryer vent cleaned. Customer service was great. We knew exactly when he was coming via phone calls. Our dryer seems to be working much faster now. I liked their flat rate; that way I knew what we were paying before the service started.
