Fly Movers

I would not recomend this comany. The day of my move they icreased the price by 20%. At this point you are stuck. They ateipped ghe wites on my electrcal bed, severly bent a handle on my brand new dresser and there are scratches on most everything. They did not put the boxes in the rooms they were marked and in the end said they did not have time to set up my bed. Also read the fine print. It costs another $1000 to get a delivery date. otherwise you could wait up to 10 days for delivery

I would not recommend this company. They start out one way and turn around and stop communicating with you. Once the movers had my furniture, my text message, phone calls and emails were not answered. I felt ignored. I called one more time and got Shai. I was told I should have received a text. That did not happen. I had to call dispatch and he return my call. It took ten days for my furniture to arrived. There was an issue with me having the money paid upfront before they remove my furniture off the truck. I had two stops. The money was at the second stop, I did not carry that kind of money around. The movers had to leave the first stop and go to the second stop, in order for them to get the money before they remove my furniture. Let me say, this was all such a waste of time. It made me feel like they did not trust me to pay the final amount. Fine. The movers delivery the boxes at the second stop, after I paid the balance. Then we had to go back to the first stop for them to delivery the furniture there. Fine. As long as I had my furniture. A piece of my furniture was damage in the move. I sent an email along with pictures and was told by Sean he would forward my claim to the claims department. I have yet to hear back from them. My calls, text and emails are once again been ignored. I paid for a service along with insurance to cover the damages, if any. There was damage, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They made me feel that it was all about the money and not doing a good service for the customer. I am sorry I hired them. This also makes home advisor look bad. I will never use this service again. Now I am looking into what other options I have to file a complaint against fly movers for the damage done to my furniture

The movers were very professional and on time with full dedication. The moving schedule was set and they adhered to the time strictly. The move itself was fast and painless I would recommend this team to anyone looking for a move during peak season. Do not stress yourself over a move when you can allow a team of professionals to handle your business.

This was an excellent experience. The company took great care in handling my sensitive belongings, but they were also fast. Setting up the job was a simple process, and everything was executed on time. I usually hate moving, but Fly Movers made it easy.

I had to move across state lines, which I honestly knew nothing about prior to hiring Fly Movers. To be frank, it's a little scary when you realize it's what you have to do. They saved me loads of trouble with all of the things that I don't want to deal with. I own a business and have a family to take care of. Great communication, no damaging of any of my goods (TV, Couch, Mattress frame, etc) and affordability, Fly Movers is my go-to moving service from here on out.

These movers were amazing, extremely helpful and very gentle with my things, if you want things done right .....hire these guys !!!!!!

Highly recommend this company, they are very responsible, will not try to trick you, they did a very well job.
