Excellent company to hire. Not only did they fix all my dry rot, they went the extra mile to correct the issue that caused the dry rot. The skill level was top-notch and there was always a positive 'can do' attitude throughout the project. It was all completed in the budget that we discussed on day one. I couldn't be more pleased with the work by Patrick at Flynn Construction Co.

Patrick knew what he was doing. Found the actual problem with my sliding glass door, fixed it, adjusted everything. Works well now. Highly recommend.

I hired Patrick to re-support a heavy fallen pergola on my patio which had to be adjusted into its original vertical position. It was held by six posts which gave way due to wood rot at the bottom supports. Patrick had all the right tools, jacks and straps to accomplish this difficult task. New brackets were installed by removing the old brackets and concrete and installing new ones. He also fabricated wood covers at the top and bottom of each post to hide bolt heads. He also hauled away all the old posts and brackets. His initial quote was fair and reasonable. Patrick lived up to his quote except for a minor adjustment. He is very experienced, which shows in his workmanship. I would definitely hire Patrick in the future.

Hired Patrick to assemble a 12'x14" pergula purchased at Costco. The job required 2-3 people and Patrick completed the entire project by himself. He's very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Patrick.

My many wood interior and heavy double glass exterior doors were over forty years old with no care. Pushing those that still worked became hard work and very annoying. Patrick spent nearly three days repairing them. They all now work as new. I paid him T&M and am very pleased with the cost and the quality of his work. I am recalling him for other repair work very soon.

Patrick arrived on time, was friendly, and he continuously worked throughout the day until the project was completed. He hung nine doors expertly. He is welcomed to come back for more work.
